'Very kind staff!! But there was a roach in the room…'

'No es desayuno lo que ofrecen.. solo cafe, un pan no fresco y un mini vaso de jugo. No ofrecen agua,no ofrecen fruta. Mal servicio.'

'Everything was great, BUT the water pressure was the worst and the hot water ran out fast. We were on the 1st floor. The staff was cordial but not overly friendly, but to their defense, they were solo and perhaps a tad overwhelmed when we arrived at 9 pm. The hotel was booked with soccer players.'

'I believe this hotel was a gem back in the day. It appeared run down, especially the exterior pool area. Second floor ice machine didn’t work, spa jets worked on and off, and out of service public restrooms. '

'As soon as I had arrived, i had noticed the toilet was leaking, there was what looked like dead skin and a urine stain on the sheets in the only bed available in the room. On top of that the people in the next door over were screaming and banging stuff. Not to mention is sounds like you guys have a pigeon problem in your roof. So please for the love of god, close and never reopen. '

'we stayed here 2yrs ago and it was bright and clean as it just recently opened. 2yrs later today it is already looks like it needs some major cleaning. the carpet is showing suitcase wheels lines. Housekeeping on our floor needs a lot to be desired. Debris seen the day before was still there the next day in the evening even though we clearly saw the housekeeping staff was there on the floor. they also did not clean our room on the every other day schedule posted the room card. 'I wish I could give this property a better review, but here goes (with detail). I'm a Hilton Honors member & traveled for an out of town funeral service. This location is not inexpensive, so definitely relative to my post (value). The lobby has been renovated & is very nice. The pool area appeared to be in good shape and the restaurant was active. The staff was friendly 100%. Now for the bad review: the rooms and hallways are severely outdated and felt dirty. I'm assuming the hotel...
