'The room was nice and cold but the shower did leak a lot. And the 2 men at the front desk were wonderful but the ladies in the morning on 6/28 were very rude and not helpful at all and the restroom by the front desk was disgusting there was crap all over the toilets and when I let the ladies up front know they just said ya we know but shushed me off. But besides that we had a great visit to that city'

'We stay for 6 nights. We asked for housekeeping two days of the 6 nights and did not receive it either day garbage piling up no clean linens or towels, terrible!'

'I like the fact that from the time I got to the hotel, the gentleman greeted me with the utmost respect. He was super helpful with the process. Once I got to the room it was clean and huge. Breakfast was amazing. The staff was seen throughout the area cleaning and helping residents. Free parking was also available.'

'Ontbijt kan beter; eieren, worst en pannenkoeken werden in de magnetron bereid en waren onsmakelijk. Bovendien was er buiten aan de straatkant onwijze herrie van de vuilniswagen vroeg in de ochtend. Verder keurige kamer en prima bedden.'

'When we arrived the first day the trash bins hadn’t been emptied. When we called downstairs the lady behind the reception immediately came to empty the trash bins. However this was an indication of what to expect! We stayed there almost 12 days and our room was never fully serviced, although they said that on our 3 night the room would be fully cleaned. The only thing they did on -I believe it was- the 6th day of our stay was make up the beds, emptied the trash, but the bathroom was never...

'Staff at times was unwilling to accommodate at times. Picked this hotel because of pool. Pool was closed for the entire week of our stay. One elevator was continuously down. Room was clean enough. No shampoo or conditioner when we first arrived. Found this out while in shower.'

'Room not available when we arrived. Their excuse was that they have 8 floors compared to other hotels. Sink was clogged and bed had a dip in the middle. Carpet along the hallway was very dirty.'
