'The room was very clean. I quite enjoyed my stay despite the AC not really working, but I was fine with it because I love the cold. The room itself was very nice, the hotel wasn't too far of a walk to the Toyota Arena, and I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Springhill Suites is one of my favorite hotels, and I will definitely be coming back. 10/10 would recommend. :]'

'Ontbijt kan beter; eieren, worst en pannenkoeken werden in de magnetron bereid en waren onsmakelijk. Bovendien was er buiten aan de straatkant onwijze herrie van de vuilniswagen vroeg in de ochtend. Verder keurige kamer en prima bedden.'

'When we arrived the first day the trash bins hadn’t been emptied. When we called downstairs the lady behind the reception immediately came to empty the trash bins. However this was an indication of what to expect! We stayed there almost 12 days and our room was never fully serviced, although they said that on our 3 night the room would be fully cleaned. The only thing they did on -I believe it was- the 6th day of our stay was make up the beds, emptied the trash, but the bathroom was never...
