'Pictures and hotel website are a bit deceiving. Was expecting a higher level of cleanliness and hospitality. Especially the shower curtain had hairs and even a feather in it (don't know how they managed). The carpet is grey so don't want to think about how dirty it may have been. Breakfast is basic and plastic cutlery, plates, etc only. Would not stay again.'

'I have stayed in this property three times because of its proximity to the Gas South Arena. The first two times, we felt welcomed and were offered the customary fee water bottles for bonvoy members. Unfortunately, this will be my last because of the staff at the front desk. I had to interact with two rude male staff members who were not very welcoming and had a bad attitude. When I inquired about the customary water bottles, I was told very rudely that they were not obligated but to take it, as...

'It was a little noisy, but that's OK. The room was amazing clean no mildew smell from the AC being on stayed on the fourth floor in a studio suite very nice. I love the bathroom and shower. Breakfast is basic just bagels and cereal, etc. love that they have the minute maid machine with the apple juice, orange juice, etc..'
