'Thermostat reset to heat every day so even when it was 85 degrees outside the heat was blasting in my room. In response to my complaint, front desk said during the day it is on a motion sensor so if you leave your room at 9 am with AC set to 70 degrees, the heat will kick in after a few hours of no motion, front desk said people complain all the time and "if you think it's bad now just wait til it's 100 degrees out and the heat is still on". 'Mooi en zeer net hotel met kundig en vriendelijk personeel. Het hotel is mooi gelegen nabij the Grand Ole Opry, Downtown Nashville en Hendersonville '

'The property was well kept. My room was cleaned every other day which I was told upon check-in. The place is very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely return.'

'Overall our stay was really good. The beds were not very comfortable, but the rooms were clean, bathrooms ample with good storage options for clothes etc. The bar didn't have a huge selection but happy hour process were good. Enjoyed our stay. '

'The property was very well maintained, staff was pleasant and kind. The area had plenty for a tourist to do. Only drawbacks were there was no breakfast/ snacks offered and no transportation to nearby events, however, it was pretty easy getting around by vehicle. Other than those two things, we enjoyed our stay and liked the hotel, good quality for reasonable price.'

'Friendly and helpful staff. Location right next to a loud bar, so keep in mind to bring earplugs. Bed was extremely comfortable. Property apperantly was "renovated", but seemed still under renovation. You could almost taste the paint in the room. Perhaps it would've been better to accept to have one night without guests after painting during renovations instead of trying to fill up the motel anyhow. '

'The rooms were clean, but I believe they need some updating. The staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast had several choices and if something was out, they were more than happy to restock the item and did it very quickly, even if breakfast was almost over. They also had ample parking. '

'The room was clean, and very nice staff. My only complaint is that I did not like having to walk outside to access my room. My room was on the outside of the hotel, so it did not feel as secure and safe. I couldnt open my shades at all. '
