'tips:
tops;
Personeel heel vriendelijk

'We stayed in a Japanese style room, which was beautiful, and unusually spacious compared to other hotel rooms in Japan. The buffet style evening meal and breakfast were both delicious, with a huge range of Japanese and international dishes to choose from. Staff were fluent in English and very welcoming and helpful. The hotel has it's own onsen, which was a lovely experience. A highlight of our holiday.'

'This is a big Ryokan, so less charm then a smaller ryokan. Everything was well organised, onsens are really beautiful, rooms are traditional. Late check-in. Dinner and breakfast were OK, but were not exceptional or really high quality as we read in some reviews.'

10/10 Voortreffelijk
The hotel was beautiful and perfect for a relaxing experience. The staff was really polite and helpful. Only thing to be mindful of with booking is that the hotel is in a rural area (limited options for shops and restaurants) and on a very steep hill. But the hotel restaurant has a really good buffet with lots of options and there is a busstop right in front of the hotel.
I would definitely recommend and stay here again!
Kim
