'Super clean, comfortable bed, attentive staff. Conveniently located beside a giant grocery store but Yokohama station is about 1.5km walk. I booked an ocean view room on Expedia and it was mostly city view. I found the room comfortable but small / tight. The family room i booked was better size. More space to move and bigger bathroom.'

'This was my best hotel experience ever. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The rooms were gorgeous and spacious. The staff were all so helpful and accommodating. The amenities were very abundant, as well.'

'Mooi hotel alles prima. Helaas harde bedden.

'A truly beautiful hotel at the Tokio Bay. It’s very huge but feels comfortable. Both breakfast and diner buffets are great and have a lot of options. The rooms are very large and luxurious. Perfect stay for Disneyland and DisneySea'
