'The greatest retreat from the hectic streets of Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto. After all those cities we came to this hotel in Minakami and never wanted to leave. We had the best time here. The people working at this hotel were always attentive and ready to help us with more than we could ask for and we hope to be back soon.'

'ホテルから湯畑までの送迎バスがあり、駐車場悩むことなく、草津温泉街を巡れたこと。 夕食時間が５時からと早い時間帯でしたが、夜の湯畑のライトアップを見れる時間としてのバスの時間を提案していただき楽しめました。欲を言えば、9時台の送迎があればもう少しゆっくりとできたと思います。'
