'We stayed for two nights in this wonderful hotel. It's located in the center of the well known Arima Onsen. The hotel has pick-up and bring service that covers the train, bus and cable car stations in the surrounding area. It's very convenient to get around. 'Everything was perfect , we had an upset with our car hire and Hideo came and pick3 us up from the bus station. He stopped on. 'Our crew enjoyed a delightful time in the Kyoto farmhouse. The hosts were most accommodating, Hideo-San is a man of many talents, and his wife is compassionate and very kind. The house itself had the necessary items for cooking and living comfortably. There is a very sweet café, which features kitties and delicious food just a few footsteps away. If we ever find ourselves in this part of the world again, we will certainly reach out and reconnect with these sweet landlords. '

'Easy check in through their Kabin App which was fabulous and super convenient - also checked out through the app also.
Walking distance to Main Street with restaurants, shopping and transport. Easy to get to everything and nice sized rooms compared to other hotels we stayed at. '

'Nice renovated traditional house, 1 JR train stop near Kyoto station. Very clean, convenient.
Improvements:
1. please remove the wood planks that shrinks the entrance for no reason. It's ugly and literally 50 cm wide: if you're fat, you cannot pass through the doorway and enter the house.
2. Change plastic tableware for ceramic, microwave smells burn, maybe add an induction cooker.
Overall nice place to stay in Kyoto.'
