'Arima grand hotelhas shuttle to and from the bus station. The staff, amenities and the whole property were top notch. The souvenir shop had some of the top items from town. The onsens were big and spacious. The onsen on the 9th floor had breathtaking view and the onsens on the ground level overlook a bamboo forest. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable! Loved this place, would certainly go back. Highly recommended! '

'一泊二食付きのプランで宿泊。バイキングの料理はまぁまぁかな？でも海鮮関係はとても美味しかったので海鮮メニューをもう少し増やしたらもっといいのになと思った。 敷地内に天文館があり大きな望遠鏡で月や、星。そして土星の観察が出来たのは凄く良かった。 大浴場のシャンプー、リンス、ボディーシャンプーがPOLAだったのに部屋のは違うものだったのでPOLAだったら良かったです。 フロントの方、売店の方、レストランの方はとても笑顔で接客してくれたのでとても良かったです。 又泊まりに行きたいなと思いました。'

'I love how accommodating the staff was here. We were nearly an hour late for our dinner but they went above and beyond to serve us anyway. The food was one of the best we've had throughout our entire trip of Japan as well. The room and atmosphere was also very cozy and we loved pretty much everything!'
