'It is a nice and big resort hotel. The breakfast, lunch and dinner are all buffet style and of good quality. The bars are well managed and service is pretty good (eventhough not very swift) The in-house travel agency is a good spot to book a trip to the falls. 'O hotel é maravilhoso, mas o atendimento deixou a desejar. Tudo muito caro, só estacionamento aos barzinhos e restaurante. Absurdamente caro! Outra coisa que não gostei foi a arrumação do quarto, cada dia tava de um jeito e tinha dias que deixavam um toalhas molhadas na cama e na bancada. O que percebemos é que são poucos funcionários para uma demanda grande, inclusive em época de férias. Eu não voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel… é top, mas caro e precário no atendimento.'

'What’s good: Amazing buffet restaurant, great pool, very safe, kind staff. What’s bad: - 1st room had problems with electricity, resulting that the air condition stopped working at 02:00 making it 28 degrees in the room. (Assume this is just bad luck). - The walls are paper thin. Family with children above us decided to renovate their room themselves (that’s how it sounded at least). A lot of noice keeping us awake. - no free bottled water. - staff ‘forgot’ to calculate the promised discount...
