'Technical state of the accommodation is below standard. Showers flushing over into the room, room doors not closing when you leave and lock of the toilet defective. But worst of the worst: they don’t care. My clothing got all wet at the day of departure. All I found was a rude receptionist (Juliana) and a hotel manager that prioritized his/her lunch above speaking to me. NEVER AGAIN!'

'Veel te duur voor wat het is. Mijn kamer werd zelfs niet opgemaakt. Vraag voor late check out was niet mogelijk . Slechts 1 restaurant waar buffet of a la carte kan worden besteld. Dit laatste is zeer duur wanneer men een steak neemt . '

'De kamers zijn heel ruim en comfortabel. Ontbijt is voldoende. Ligging heel prettig in de wijk Itaim Bibi, Jardim Europa. Veel goede restaurants in de buurt '
