'I love the place, except they didn’t decorate for Halloween!'

'The room in the location we’re both very clean people at the front desk were very helpful. The only disappointment was a breakfast. There was no pancake mix over the waffles. The milk was cut for the cereal no fruit and basically that’s all you guys offered. There was nothing else some biscuits that were close to being expired.'

'Affordable for a holiday weekend, but you get what you pay for. Drug addicts walking around to get their fix. Rooms not clean. Staff helpful, but there is only so much they can do. We didn’t feel safe and couldn’t wait to get out of there. If you have a family trip, I don’t recommend this hotel. If you’re traveling with a woman or women who are traveling on their own, avoid this hotel.'

'This property accepted same day bookings but then declined to allow access for 72hrs or two business days. They originally said access would be allowed after 2 hours and took our damage deposit. After we paid the damage deposit they declined to let us in until after our check out day so they could confirm funds that were sent arrived in their bank account even though it was credit card through Expedia. Since we couldn’t use the property we requested a refund and they declined. We never stepped...

'The first room they gave us smelled like cigarette smoke. But the staff was really nice and let us change to a different room the next day when there are other rooms available to choose from. After changing to the other room it was wonderful, our stay was comfortable, washroom was big. It had everything we needed!'

'Une nuit à Houston. Très bon service avec une attention pour la clientèle. Très propre et un bon petit déjeuné. Bien situé. Je recommande.'

'Everything about our stay here was wonderful.'

'In a central location'

'The breakfast was cooked to order and was very good. The room was beautiful. The bed was not very comfortable as I could feel the springs on my side of the bed. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work so I had to dry my hair in the room. The location in relation to Warehouse Live Midtown for concert was excellent. It was a 9 minute walk so we saved on parking. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from on the way to the venue.'

'We had the Thelma room and it had en excellent bed, shower and airco. If you have people upstairs you might hear it as there is a staircase next to the room and a room above. Staff is excellent as well and Tim and the young lady were especially helpful. The valet guy was super friendly and so was the rest of the staff we met. Breakfast is limited in choice but very good in quality.'

'It was one of the worst nights we’ve ever had, there was noise all night long, and it was impossible to sleep. Otherwise, the hotel is very well maintained, clean and the staff are very welcoming. The insulation isn’t great, and we could hear the neighbours talking.'
