'Owners were very accommodating. They let my sister come get the key early to decorate the room for my wife’s bday. The staff was also accommodating. I don’t eat pork or beef so they made sure I had chicken sausage for breakfast. The room was very clean and we loved sitting on the balcony in the rocking chairs. 'This definitely a different experience than your typical hotel--it's a weird old house with antique furniture and gothic turrets. Everything was clean and well maintained though, and the staff was quite friendly. Breakfast was adequate. Essentially it consisted of complimentary access to a well-stocked kitchen.
