Rehoboth Getaway
Lovely host and the house is in a quiet neighborhood. Fun and friendly neighbors. The house was a little worn, you can tell it spent a great life as a beloved beach house, but it fit our needs. It has an absolutely stellar deck and firepit with an enormous yard.

3 seniors enjoying the Delaware Eastern Shore and Cape May. Comfortable, clean. Best stocked kitchen of any place I've stayed. Quiet neighborhood. Back yard with plenty of room for dog to run. Yard was clean (happy former guests cleaned up behind their dogs:). Owner easily available & helpful, "good guy". Would stay again

Girls weekend
Did a short girls weekend and Danas place did not disappoint. Great location! Tucked away from the hussle and bustle but central to all the great restaurants and shopping. Check in was easy and smooth, house was clean and well labeled with instructions. Beds were extremely comfortable, linens provided was an extra bonus! Back deck was beautiful for morning coffee, quiet, lots of birds singing, wisteria blooming was absolutely beautiful! We would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Great location
Great location within a mile to the outlets and a few miles to the best beaches - quiet neighborhood, owner was always available if needed - spent 8 nights, so grateful to be able to take our 2 dogs - not easy to find when both are over 50 lbs - awesome backyard. I gave it a 4 only because the house is an older home. We look forward to going back!

Yes, the house is not new, but it does have a new bathroom, frig, stove & more.

Wonderful Almost Spring Trip
We stayed for two nights. The house was as described and equipped with everything we needed. A nice, quiet neighborhood and convenient location. We had our dogs with us and enjoyed the yard and space available for all of us to enjoy our visit. We'll probably make this an annual winter - almost spring trip.

Second Time Here
We rented this property a year ago and found it very comfortable for us and our dogs. Everything we needed was there. So, we rented here again. More mugs for coffee would be nice. ( only 2 provided). Wish front door was usable but side door was easy enough to use. Price was fair. Like at my own home, there was much dust under beds. Beds were comfortable, however!

Just added a number of coffee mugs to the kitchen cabinet. There were already several there but this guest probably didn't come across them as they get moved around between guests.

Fantastic mini vacation
We stayed for a few days after Christmas. Lots to do, with all of the holiday displays, etc still active. The house was great. Close to everything, but tucked away just enough from the traffic, and noise. We had are two small dogs with us as well, and they were very comfortable and happy. The property owner, Dana, was very professional and friendly. Was available to answer any questions and was very helpful. Very nice place and family friendly. Looking forward to planning to go back in the summer months.

BED BUGS
That's it. I took home bed bugs from this location. Noticed the bites during my stay and a couple months later my bed has stains and I found a bug on my box spring. Hoping to spare others the same fate.

We do not have bed bugs. This is the first and last time anyone has ever said such a thing so I imagine it's possible but she must have brought them with her.

Very nice house. Good communication with property owner. Nice location 4 miles from boardwalk. Lots of good shopping and great restaurants nearby. Only not really negative but suggestion could use some minor repairs on doors. otherwise very satisfied.

Lovely beach house
The host is great at communication and super helpful as a local with suggestions. The house is in a suburban neighborhood about 15 minutes from 3 beaches. Dog friendly, lovely yard and deck in a quiet neighborhood. Roku TV was great for the rainy night, and board games. Thanks!

Great Beach Stay!
The house was just as described. Place was clean and orderly. Quiet neighborhood close to everything! Check in was a breeze. Dana's home has everything you need for a beach vacation. He even has a binder with all the house info and has brochures for area attractions and restaurants. The extra plus is that pets are allowed! We brought our mini dachshund who enjoyed the deck, yard, and long walks throughout the neighborhood. Rehoboth Beach/boardwalk was only 4 miles from the house and we got there and parked in less than 15 mins. There are many restaurants, supermarkets, and stores all right there so there's no reason to leave the area for anything. Dana was pleasant, helpful, and very easy to contact . Thank you Dana, we will definitely return again!

Everything was great except for the rainy weekend. The home was centered between Rehoboth and Lewes and near everywhere we wanted to go. Dana was extremely generous and accommodating. He offered us early check in as well as a late check out and had great communication. The house was stocked with all needed supplies including linens, any and all appliances, games, and even condiments. Thanks for the nice visit!

Getaway to Beach
Location of property best ever! So close to Lewes and Rehoboth and bike trail right down road. I like to visit beach daily and where property was located was within 15 min drive to my favorite beaches Cape Henelopen, Gordans Pond and Rehoboth !!

This was absolutely the worst guest of 2021, bar none, and the runner up was not even close. Probably the worst guest of any who have rented our beach house over the past 6 years, numbering well over 100. Read their reviews. I've only left one negative report before but this guest takes the cake. She was extremely rude, ignorant, demanding and abusive even though we left her with a spotless home, plenty of extra sheets and pillows that fit the beds, and even a box of fresh cookies as a welcome courtesy at Xmas time. She could not figure out how to open and close a door, nor how to light a fire in a fireplace already stocked with fire starter and wood and ready to be lit, left as a kind courtesy at my expense. Did not know what ROKU TV is. There is plenty of closet space, 2 sections of a long closet in the master bedroom and a walk-in closet in the fish room. Dishes were not dirty; they just went through a dishwasher before being inspected and organized in cabinets. Bathroom floors were immaculate. Guest needs mental therapy and a lesson in manners, but she is probably way too old to learn the meaning of honesty at this late stage.

Good Beach Vacation for a Small Family
This is a no frills property, but we really enjoyed our stay here and the access it afforded our family to the beach. Accommodations were as stated and Dana was easy to work with. The kids enjoyed the beach books, toys, and stuffed animals at the house which was a nice bonus.

Peaceful Stay, Clean Spacious Beach Home
The house was very clean and has everything you might need to enjoy your stay from extra towels, blankets, beach supplies, etc. It’s very close to the beach and close to many Stores. The street is very quiet and kept pristine. Dana the owner is very responsive to any questions or needs. I highly recommend this rental and plan to visit again!

Better than expected
We cannot say enough good things about this property. The pictures don't do it justice, from the larger than expected rooms, to the beautiful and very private deck, it was a very pleasant surprise on arrival. The owners were wonderful and communicated well, and we had a wonderful "summer beach vacation" in November(literally spent days on the beach). Close to great restaurants, close to beach, and a very quiet/ peaceful community. We couldn't have asked for more. (2 adults, 4 kids ages 7,9,9,13)

Close to Breakwater Junction Trail
Pros: comfortable beds, close to walking/biking trail, quiet neighborhood, nice back deck for coffee and dinner. Didn’t watch any tv, but lots of streaming options. Very helpful owner and contactless checkin. Sheets and towels were provided and it was easy to wash and leave in dryer. Cons: no screen on patio door to get fresh air/no bugs. And I prefer cleaner accommodations. Recommend you bring your own linens and pillows. And call owner if it’s not cleaned to your liking / standard.

Very private and quiet neighborhood. Wonderful back porch with natural shade. Everything you need inside for 1-2 couples, for sure. Owner very communicative. Don't hesitate choosing this property.
