Honden zijn welkom, 123 Carolina is de perfecte cottage aan de oceaan op slechts 2 blokken van het strand om te genieten van uw familievakantie, een romantisch uitje of een meisjesweekend! Met 3 slaapkamers, 1-1 / 2 baden, high-speed Wi-Fi toegang, buitendouche, gescreend in de veranda, terras, grill, voor-en zijkant dek, centrale lucht, front-load wasmachine en droger, DirecTV w / 27 "HD-flatscreen-tv's in elke slaapkamer en een 50-inch HD-tv in de familiekamer boven de open haard. Ja, in het laagseizoen met hout gevuld voor een knappend vuur!

Parkeren: De U-vormige oprijlaan biedt gratis parkeergelegenheid voor maximaal 4 middelgrote auto's.

Voorzieningen Galore: De volledig ingerichte keuken is voorzien van een koelkast w / ijsmaker, aparte speciale ijsmaker om koelers voor het strand te vullen, dubbele gasfornuis kookplaat, vaatwasser, magnetron, Keurig koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, mixer en alle essentiële keuken koken, servies en bestek. Voorzieningen omvatten alle kleine dingen die we vaak vergeten wanneer we haastig naar het strand komen, zoals papieren handdoeken, vuilniszakken, zeep, tandenborstels, koffiekopjes, wc-papier, afwasmiddel, enz.

Gelegen in een schilderachtige en rustige buurt, onze 123 Carolina cottage heeft alles wat je maar wilt om die dierbare en blijvende herinneringen met vrienden of familie te creëren.

Deze woning aan de kust, volledig gerenoveerd in 2013, is ingericht met casual en gezellige meubels voor het beste in vakantie-ontspanning.

Mooie, afgewerkte hardhouten vloeren, met 3 slaapkamers, 7 aparte bedden, 2 badkamers en een slaapbank in de woonkamer. Plus, voor het gemak om het zand eruit te krijgen, een buitendouche, een slang en een wasmachine en droger aan de voorzijde om op te ruimen!

De buiten gescreende veranda is een perfecte plek om te ontspannen ... als je goed luistert, hoor je de golven van de oceaan op het strand!

Het buitendek rondom het huis met een buitenslang maakt het gemakkelijk om het strandzand schoon te maken. Of u kunt gebruik maken van de buitendouche, met directe, gemakkelijke toegang tot / vanuit de slaapkamer. Al deze zijn een aanvulling op elk van de voorzieningen die u wilt om van dit uw permanente vakantie huis te maken!

Vergeet niet dat je ook kunt koken met de houtskoolgrill aan de buitenkant, patio in de achtertuin.

Als u van strand- en strandkammen houdt, is 123 Carolina een geweldige plek om te genieten van een afgelegen en ontspannen strandvakantie. Naast een korte wandeling naar het strand, heeft u ook gemakkelijke toegang tot de beroemde restaurants en het nachtleven van Dewey & Rehoboth.

De Rehoboth Beach promenade, Jolley Trolley, lekker en informeel dineren, winkels, vissen / krabben en winkels, maken ons thuis weg van huis een "Beach Retreat" voor het creëren van speciale en memorabele ervaringen.

Verhuur vanaf de tweede week van juni tot de eerste week van september vereist volledige weekverhuur, e. 7 nachten minimum verblijf. Check-in / Checkout voor wekelijkse verhuur is van zondag tot zondag: check-in tijd is 15:00; Check-out tijd 10:00 uur. Flexibiliteit wordt geboden wanneer mogelijk. Er is geen borg vereist met de handige verzekering voor schade aan eigendommen. Servicekosten voor VRBO-reserveringen en 3% toeristenbelasting bij Dewey Beach die bij uw reservering zijn inbegrepen. Linnengoed (lakens, kussenslopen en handdoeken) kunnen op verzoek en tegen een toeslag worden verstrekt. Niet roken is toegestaan in het huis. Honden zijn welkom, er kunnen extra kosten van toepassing zijn. Tijdens de buitenseizoen maanden van oktober tot eind april, zijn de DIRECTV service, grote / aparte ijsmaker, houtskoolgrill en buiten water / douche niet beschikbaar.

This property embodies the best that Dewey Beach has to offer - proximity to the best (and least crowded) stretch of Dewey Beach, central location in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, extremely responsive and helpful owners...the list goes on. Our family found every day to be a joy during our stay whether we were lounging and playing at the nearby beach, walking to Rehoboth Beach (25 minutes) or to the restaurants in Dewey (10 minutes), or relaxing in the comfortable amenities of the attractive home. It's also the perfect option for bringing along dogs - the neighborhood streets are a great place for short walks and the nearby beach and roads are very walkable. This property is highly recommended and we would definitely stay again for all of our return trips to Dewey Beach.

The Carolina Cottage is the perfect place to stay at the beach with your family! The overall house was clean and had many amenities. Brian and Beth take great care in this property and respond promptly. My family, two dogs, and I enjoyed the short walk to the beach, the short walk into town, and a great place to stay. It was very convenient for parking. We had 3 large vehicles and still had room to add another car if needed. This was great because there is not on street parking unless you pay for it. The outdoor shower was great to rinse off all of the sand from us before going inside. Plus the outdoor hose to rinse the dogs off was an added bonus. They had a shed stocked with pretty much any beach item you can thing of, my family and I called it Costco. LOL. There is only 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom (plus the outdoor shower), but if your family is close like mine it works. I appreciated the hardwood floors and updated washer/dryer and dishwasher. Although we didn’t use them, each room had a TV and closet. I appreciated the elevated beds to put our suitcases underneath. This place is definitely on our list for another summer vacation next year! Thanks again Brian and Beth!

Pack your swimsuit and a beach towel and you will be good to go. This property has everything; too many to list. From a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs, everything was amazing. And the location was ideal. The location was wonderful. 2 short blocks to the breach. Walking on the beach and watching dolphins was my favorite activity. An easy bike ride to Rehoboth or a short walk to Dewey Beach if you are looking for hustle and bustle. Thanks.

A great place to stay. Extremely well-stocked, hosts were very communicative and accommodating. I would highly recommend. House was clean and the location was an easy walk down a quiet road to the beach. We loved the peaceful surroundings, which can be hard to find in this part of DE. We would definitely stay again. A note to parents of small kids -- there is one large road to cross between house and beach, but there is a crosswalk. Accordingly, I would suggest children under a certain age be supervised when going from the beach to the house, or vice versa. A second note: be sure to read the property description thoroughly. By a weird quirk in VRBO's website design, this is listed as having "3 bathrooms" on the VRBO quick summary. Later in the description this is clarified, but that topline had me confused upon arrival. There is a full bath and half bath indoors with an outdoor shower. Again, this is described accurately in the description, but I wanted to call it out for other guests who might gloss over this bit of nuance.

The house is comfortable and well equipped. It has a spacious screened-in porch for enjoying balmy summer nights. It’s close to the beach and restaurants. We walked or biked everywhere and left the car parked in the driveway for the week. The hosts are responsive and friendly. This one’s a winner.

We all enjoyed our weekend at this lovely, comfortable home. The house was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend for location to the beach and amenities.

This home is in a perfect location as access to the beach is a very short walk away and you can also easily walk or bike to Rehoboth Beach. We love thst the house is dog friendly. The house is very thoughtfully supplied with many items not found in other homes, such as coffee for the Keurig. Our only quibble is that the online listing is confusing about whether there is cable or Direct TV service (there is not). There is a Direct TV dish right outside the front door, Direct TV remotes, and instructions in the house's information binder on how to use this service, but it didn't work. We reached out to Brian and he confirmed he no longer provides this service. He recommended we use the Chromecast device attached to the TV in the living room (not in the bedrooms) but we were never able to sync any of our devices. In this era of personal devices it may not matter but if you are planning to set up your kids with a movie be prepared. Brian did acknowledge that he needed to update the information about the TVs. In any event this is a very nice and convenient beach cottage for families or small groups and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving getaway at Brian and Beth’s cottage. The cottage is lovely and super clean. We had everything we needed from extra toiletries to a well stocked kitchen for preparing our Thanksgiving dinner. The owners are very quick to respond and provided us with lots of helpful information in advance and throughout our stay. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood with beach access at the end of the street with downtown Rehoboth just quick drive or bike ride away. We couldn’t recommend this property more and look forward to staying here again soon!

This cottage was exceptionally clean, convenient and full of unexpected amenities. The hosts are wonderful and communicative. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience here. I plan to definitely stay here again. The location is quiet and yet very close to the beach.

We have been renting houses in Dewey every summer for the past five years. This cottage so far is the best we have ever stayed in! I am so used to bring every little item with us every time we rent property, that I did not even bother to read description:) So I packed our entire home from soaps till trash bags and towels just to find out that EVERYTHING that you need is provided. House is extremely well kept and has everything that is needed and everything for “what if” scenario :). I really enjoyed cooking, kitchen has all great appliances and is very well stocked. Upon arrival we found cottage extremely clean and very well cared for. Brian and Beth are great hosts, Brian checked on us upon arrival and was very quick to respond to my questions. My most favorite area of the cottage was huge screened porch that we sat to watch movies every night. We will be glad to rent again!

We had a wonderful week at Brian and Beth’s home last week. The house is well maintained and totally stocked with everything you could ever need. The hosts have thought of everything, and they were very easy to contact and responded very quickly. We particularly loved the screened porch and the wooded yard. The bikes and beach buggy were also a great added perk! We’ve stayed at many beach homes in the past and we all agreed this was the nicest and the most well kept. We will definitely stay here again if we get the chance!
