Drie Level Townhouse met prachtige uitzicht op de oceaan

Wij verhuren geen drie nachten voor een vakantieweekend. Een minimum van 5 nachten is vereist.

Word wakker met een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan! Alle drie niveaus hebben uitzicht op de oceaan.
De master bedroom, met een eigen dek, heeft een prachtig uitzicht over
de oceaan. (De eerste foto werd genomen uit dit deck) Twee
slaapkamers delen een badkamer op de eerste verdieping. Eén slaapkamer heeft een koningin
size bed en een flatscreen-screem tv aangesloten op kabel. De andere slaapkamer op een lager niveau heeft
een full-size bed met twee stapelbedden boven en een flatscreen-tv aangesloten op de kabel. De 2e niveau is voorzien van de woonkamer, eetkamer, keuken en een half bad. De woonkamer heeft een 47-inch smart-tv met kabel en dvd. Er zijn ongeveer 250 dvd's voor regenachtige dagen.
Voor degenen die een beetje werk moeten verzetten, is draadloos hi-speed internet beschikbaar. Meubilair wordt voortdurend bijgewerkt en het huis is goed verzorgd. Twee slaapkamers, elk met een eigen badkamer bevinden zich op het hoogste niveau. De master heeft een
king-size bed en 47 "Smart TV aangesloten op de kabel. De seconde
slaapkamer boven heeft een eigen badkamer, twee aparte bedden en een televisie aangesloten op de kabel. Er zijn vijf decks, dus het is gemakkelijk om te ontspannen met een boek. Het strand ligt op minder
dan 50 yards. Dit is een kleine, rustige gemeenschap van 14 herenhuizen waar u kunt genieten van rustige tijd, of een blok kunt lopen naar het nachtleven dat Dewey Beach biedt.
Het schilderen gebeurt elk buiten het seizoen. Twee warmtepompen, boiler, assortiment, vaatwasser en vloerbedekking in een slaapkamer op de eerste verdieping waren allemaal nieuw in 2013. Alle slaapkamers hebben een flatscreen-tv. Het hoofdniveau heeft een wasmachine en droger aan de voorkant.
Afval en recycling zijn elk twee maal verzameld per week, zodat de gemeenschappelijke ruimte schoon blijft.

Verhuur is van zaterdag tot zaterdag. Wij verhuren geen drie nachten voor een vakantieweekend. Een minimum van 5 nachten is vereist. We accepteren geen vakantiewoningen die op een vrijdag beginnen en die in een andere week huren.

My family of three generations had a wonderful vacation thanks to this beautiful property. Everyday I would wake up and smile at seeing the blue ocean out my window and from the deck where I enjoyed my coffee. The living room was so spacious that all of us could crowd around to play games or watch TV. Mostly, though, we were able to walk to all our favorite Dewey Beach restaurants or spend hours on the beach. It took minutes to walk back to the house to grab a drink or whatever we needed. The beds were all super comfy, with lots of outlets for our electronics, plus closets and drawers to make an extended stay like home. The kitchen had every supply needed and if we cooked (which we didn't much), you could work in there together. There are three stories of steps, but they didn't pose any problems for us. We loved hanging out on the deck watching the beachgoers stroll by. It was near the Lifeguard station which was reassuring since we had two well-behaved, beach loving five year olds visiting. Lots of bathrooms, so no one had to wait or they could use the outdoor shower. Lots of beach chairs and toys too. We loved it so much, we are booking it again next summer and hopefully this fall too. Thanks so much to Chris for his responsiveness to our questions. (this effusive review was written by my wife)

Beatiful, clean home with all the amenities! Just steps from the beach access. So many great restaurants within blocks of the house. This was by far the best beach trip we’ve had! Would definitely stay here Austin!

We had a wonderful time at this house. The porches were awesome for eating outside and seeing the ocean. Neighborhood was quiet. The location is feet away from the beach, which made coming home for lunch easy. We will definitely be back!!

Our family of four had a great week long vacation at Chris’ townhome. It was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The meals we didn’t eat out we enjoyed on the shady second porch. The board games were a hit for the one rainy morning we had. The outdoor shower was perfect to use after a day at the beach.

Townhouse was in a perfect location...both elderly mother and tweens could walk back and forth from the beach easily. Also, we could walk everywhere for dinner, snacks, shops, etc... Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Chris was very accessible and responded to questions promptly. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo is wonderful. It was impeccably taken care of and had wonderful amenities. It should be listed as beach front...no, it is not, but it's a 1-minute walk to the beach and water. And then it's a 1-minute walk to the main boulevard with bars, restaurants, etc. We could not have been happier. Highly recommended!

This property was so close to the beach - close enough to walk back if you forgot something, wanted lunch or needed to use the restroom. It’s also a prime location for walking to all local restaurants. The deck was great for hanging out after dinner (although the neighbors were awfully close) and the inside had comfortable furnishings. The layout was great for two separate families, with two bedrooms on floor 1 and two more on floor 3. The bottom floor deck was also really convenient gif dropping beach accessories at the end of the day as well as the outdoor shower. Excellent spot and would recommend!

This could not have been a more perfect house!! We had family come in from all over the country to celebrate my 75th birthday and everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms had plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate our family. We rented the linens and towels from a local company, and drop off / pick up was a simple process. The house was pre-stocked with so many other amenities and kitchen supplies. I think the only thing that wasn't there was a dish sponge, which we purchased and left behind a couple new ones along with extra supplies to replace other items we used. This house is situated literally steps from the beach, with a beautiful view of the beach from the top couple levels. We also found it fun to be near the lifeguard hub, which not only felt safe, but was cool to watch their intense training every morning! There are tons of great restaurants within walking distance - the only time we moved our car was to go to the grocery store (a quick drive) and the couple times we went over to the Rehoboth Boardwalk area (also a quick drive). Everyone was so friendly in the area - we put up our pop-up tent for the day on the beach and came and went throughout. The house has tons of beach chairs and sand toys that came in very handy for us. Chris was quick to respond to any questions we had and a fantastic host! We took advantage of the many games that were provided in the house and had some fun evenings playing those. :) Would definitely recommend, 10/10 and would love to come back again!!

We had a great time! The location was walkable to everything -- restaurants/bars, shops, and the beach -- and made it easy to run back up to the house whenever necessary. Check-in was quick and simple and host provided details ahead of time and was quick to respond to any inquiry. This was our first trip to Dewey and it won't be our last!

We rented the beach house for a long weekend and loved staying there. The house is just steps from the ocean and you can see the beach and ocean from the second and third floor balconies. The house has lots of rooms, bathrooms, tvs and games to make the stay enjoyable. We enjoyed watching TV and spreading out in the house. The large couch in the living room was comfortable. The host was very good at communicating and was accommodating. Would love to come back again in the summer.

Amazing townhouse perfect for 2 families, with shared living space on the middle floor. Steps to the beach, including a private beach access thru the dunes. Walkable to all the Dewey shops, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main thoroughfare. Great communication with the owner!

This is a great location. Well stocked with all necessities. Very short walk to the beach and to local restaurants. Great spot for biking into Rehoboth. Only a short drive to the boardwalk activities and food. The neighborhood is surprisingly very quiet considering all the near by bars with live entertainment. Mini golf is short drives away. Same with a big water park that the kids loved. Our only suggestion would be a deep clean from time to time. When we came dishes still had dried food on them and silverware drawer was quite grimy. We found seeds in the bed and food on the floor. One suggestions we have for people with little ones is to bring a gate since the stairway into the home is rather steep and all hard steps. We put one up and then blocked the area with a large cooler. Did the trick with our climbing 2 year old. Overall we loved it, had a great time, and would recommend the place to someone. Thanks!
