The Grace Suite - it's cute

Relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. It offers a closed patio that overlooks a beautiful garden and the swimming pool, it is modestly calming! It is a perfect place for an individual or a small group of people for all purposes. The neighborhood is safe, secure, easily accessible, and at short distances to various landmarks in Baltimore County such as Mill Run Station Shopping Centre, Mill Run Metro Station, AMC, Bars and Grills, and many Restaurants, Fitness centers, etc.

Guest Access:
Be it an individual or group booking, the verified guest shall receive an access code to the key lock box mounted by the main entrance to the Suite. Therein is the key to the sliding door, and the guest shall return the key at check-out. The access code shall be sent via email or text message about 24 hours before the check-in time.
Check-in time is from 2.00 PM EST
Check-out time is to be on or before 11.00 AM EST.

We may be able to offer extra help if the request is made 48 hours before check-in.

Other things to note:
The Grace Suite is a 2-bedroom apartment with a shared full bath. It can sleep a maximum of 5 guests. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the main lounge has a reclining leather sofa that can sleep 2 more guests.
Bedroom 001 has a full complement of white furniture and a smart TV, a dedicated executive workstation, a dresser mirror, a wardrobe with hangers, a bedside stool, and a Persian rug.
Bedroom 002 has a dedicated workstation, mirror, wardrobe with hangers, and a Persian rug.
The floor finish is carpeted in the bedrooms and largely in the main lounge.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with a white granite countertop and an Island that seats 2 guests. In the kitchen, we have an electric oven, a double-door refrigerator with an Ice maker, a dishwasher, an in-built microwave, an electric kettle, an Air fryer, a Blender, basic cutleries, plates, cups, and cooking pans.
The main lounge has a smart TV, a 3-seater black leather reclining sofa, and a 3-seater circular wooden dining table.
There is also an enclosed patio that overlooks the beautiful garden and the swimming pool. Therein you have a dedicated heating and cooling system, a smart TV, a Bluetooth speaker, 2 Accent chairs, and a rocking chair.
The laundry area has a washer and a dryer.
1. Nightly Rate - $250.00 for 4 guests, every additional guest pays $35.00.
2. Cleaning Fee per stay is $100.00
3. Use of the swimming pool - $80.00 per stay
4. Use of the Club also known as BBQ Grill and utensils + gas - $50.00 per use
So that you know, only 2 guests are allowed per room. Every additional guest over and above the allowed 2 guests per room shall attract an extra charge of $35.00 per guest. The entire house can comfortably sleep 6 guests, with an average of 2 guests per room.
5. A stay of 14 days or more shall be classified as a long-term stay, cleaning shall therefore be on a call basis by the guest, at an extra cleaning service fee.
