Kleinschalig hotel in idyllische woestijn met prachtige villa’s. Zonsopgang en zonsondergang niet te missen. Excellente service, lekker eten en uitstekende mocktails. Op een uurtje rijden van Abu Dhabi.

The whole property was gorgeous despite our stay being in the middle of the largest rainfall in recent memory. The roads were rough around the hotel and villas, but the staff adapted to make sure we got to where we wanted to go in minimum time. Our view from the villa was magnificent and the dunes walkable. The villa was clean and the bed very comfortable. The food was also outstanding--a great selection and an appropriate price. The staff was first-rate. We highly recommend Tell Resort!

입구부터 잘 관리된 도로와 사막이 펼쳐지는데 아이가 너무 좋아했습니다. 가젤도 돌아다니고, 무엇보다 숙소 앞 사막 모래가 너무 고와서 정말 사막에 온 기분이 들었습니다. 직원들도 너무 친절하고 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 다만 숙소 내 amenity 는 호텔 수준에 맞게 좀 개선이 되어야 할 것 같습니다.

砂漠の中でとても広大な敷地の中にあり お泊まりするお部屋からプールやレストランなど 本館に行く時は わざわざ何度もカートや車でお迎えに来てくれます^ ^ お部屋も完全にプライベート空間になっており 砂漠からの朝焼け夕焼けは最高に神秘的でした。 夕食も朝食もとっても美味しかったです。 ホテルの中にアクティビティがたくさんあるので 十分に楽しめます。 ただ一つだけ気になるのは仕方ないのですが ハエが多くお部屋にも何匹か飛んでる事ですね。 ですが全体的に素晴らしいので またぜひ泊まりたいと思いますしオススメ致します。

Hôtel magnifique en plein milieu du désert. Personnel qui est très attentionné. Un petit bémol pour le restaurant, les plats n’étaient pas très fameux. Nous avons pris un burger au wagyu qui était sec le pain également. C’est dommage et je pense que c’est leur point d’amélioration. Mais l’hôtel reste très très bien. Je recommande !

Nightmare Hotel:Sleepless Night-Arrogant Manager
I had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Telal Resort Al Ain, and I must say that it was a complete disaster. Despite a few positives like the good cuisine with a varied menu, original rooms with a nice view, and animals roaming freely, the negatives overshadowed everything else. Firstly, the location of the hotel is a nightmare. It took us an excruciating 2 hours to reach the hotel from Dubai and the least after such a long drive would have been to welcome us with a cold drink or a fresh towel. To make matters worse, the pool had a noisy water jet that was situated right next to the restaurant, making it impossible to have a conversation during lunch. The reception was so far away from the rooms that we had to call a driver to take us there, and the rooms were poorly soundproofed, which meant that we could hear everything our neighbors did. To top it all off, a baby in the tent next to ours cried all night, making it impossible to sleep. But what made the experience truly unbearable was the attitude of the manager, Mr. Elie Farhat. He was not only arrogant and rude, but he also made us feel bad and guilty instead of apologizing for the situation. The least he could have done was to inform us that our neighbors had a newborn and offer us a solution like changing rooms or staying in a smaller one. This is unacceptable for a hotel at this price point, and it's even more surprising given that hotels in the UAE usually prioritize their customers.

Hôtel magnifique mais vu à la baisse
4 eme séjour dans cet hôtel et malheureusement je trouve que le service est à la baisse hormis quelques exceptions. L’hygiène de la villa domani est bonne sauf quelques détails à revoir comme des amas de moucherons au plafond entouré le lustre de l’entrée, toile intérieur d’une des chambres déchirée… impossible de prendre le petit déjeuner à la villa sans supplément. Aucune activité ni animation dans l’héritage village. Les faucons n’étaient encore pas là durant notre séjour malgré les efforts de Mohand pour nous trouver une solution. Cependant le lieu reste magique, des vues depuis la villa exceptionnelle, possibilité de marché sur les dunes du désert. Très belle endroit en général

Very dissapointing. The place is clearly not designed for families with little kids. You can't go with a stroller to the reception/restaurant/pool area without struggling through steps, obstacles, etc. You can't drive yourself, you need to call them and they pick you up. They don't have child seats on the cars, so it's dangerous. Also at some point we needed to wait 30+ min for them to pick us up. Food is very average for the hotel price per night. The water in the pool is a little cold and we used only the one that was heated... So the other pool must have been super cold... I guess that's why it was always empty. There's no kids pool also. The furniture in the room is also horrible. They have a table made of a tree trunk, including the typical holes and the like you would find in a tree, so very pretty but very impractical and also a pain if you have kids as the toys kept going to the holes and it was hard to remove them. Also the table and other furniture was full of dangerous branches like shapes again not child friendly. Our kids kept getting hurt with the table and bed shapes while playing around the room. Overall, a very overpriced hotel. It's nothing special. For the price you could go to a way better luxurious resort.

Vacation ruined by poorly maintained room.
Vacation and birthday celebration was ruined because of the bad experience with the villa we upgraded upon arrival. Villa 2006 have maintanence issues that was not check prior to our stay. Water supply disruption, electricity blackout at midnight, phone not working and door key was not working. Most of time wasted calling for maintenance and not having enjoyable time during vacation. Packed our bags and cut short our stay. Customer service only responded the next day when we requested to check out. Too late for any damage control procedure to kick in. Did not expect such bad experience knowing the room we stayed go for over dh2000/night

I would like to thank all the staff of the Telal Resort, Al.Ain for an amazing stay. My room in the Heritage Village was fantastic and I loved the local, authentic decor. The desert setting was so peaceful and relaxing. The pool area was superb. The infinity pool over the desert was delightful, and so lovely to see such a vast variety of bird life and free- roaming antelopes. The decor in the main reception area and dining room is like something from the filmset of Out of Africa...stunning! Finally, the food is some of the most delicious I have tasted in the UAE during nearly 5 years of being a resident! Thank you to all 😃

This property was gorgeous. From check-in to check-out, we felt so taken care of by the staff. Everything we ordered from the room service came quickly and was delicious. We definitely cannot wait to come back here again!

Exotic Desert Experience
Fantastic Desert Experience at Telal Resort. Beautiful scenery, elegant and comfortable rooms and great food. The private pool and outside area was great for a family and the kids loved playing outside and looking for wildlife - there were lots of gazelles wandering amongst the trees and shrubs. The activities could have been better organised but the staff there more than made up for that. The food and the staff were both excellent and went out of their way to make the experience special. Would definitely go back!

We spent 2 nights here. Very relaxing, quiet place and great scenery. The only thing we didn't like was that the Aircon in the room didn't work properly. It was freezing cold right under it, so our heads were freezing off at night but everywhere else in the room it was hot, so our lower bodies were hot. Unfortunately we didn't sleep well because of this. Other than that it's the perfect place for a long weekend!

Visitors forget it
The location is great other than that terrible, staff are really not friendly when we came at first we had friends visiting as normal procedures they would take their ID's which i totally understand but having to book an extra room if we have more than 3 visitors does not make sense. Ok so visiting hours are up to 10 pm (sounds like a hospital) as soon as they left a friend of mine wanted to stay in the next room guess what 😂 they didn't allow it so the room stayed empty and i ended up spending the night by myself... wow i thought that was a 5 star .. talk to staff they talk at the same time where is customer first here? I guess its lost in the desert somewhere . Im a traveler, stay at hotels alot wow the rules here 0 stars i was traumatized not only shocked.. i asked them if its okay i book a third room to let my friend in they said yes YIKES i was being sarcastic. Basically never again... Oh yeah forgot this part when u leave a hotel they ur credit card info.. I basically leave they shut the exit door and ordered me to come to the reception wow That was a season of prison break. Anyone who wants to feel threatened try telal alain 😂 that was one of the worst experiences in my life. Even a 2 star does a better job.

We had a great time here. A first class establishment with plenty to do if that is what you want to do? If not a great place to chill with great food and attentive staff. Highly recommended we will be back as great value for money!

정말 만족스러웠던 이색 사막 호텔
숙소가 아부다비 시내에서 꽤 멀기 때문에 택시를 타면 편도 10만원 정도 나옵니다. 여튼 저희는 택시를 이용했었는데 정말 그 시간과 돈이 안아까울 정도로 아름다운 사막 호텔이었습니다. 숙소 문을 열자마자 사막이 보이고, 호텔 부지가 넓어 호텔 차를 불러 이동하는데 이 서비스도 편리했어요. 수영장도 예쁘구요, 하룻밤 더 묵고 싶은 호텔이었습니다. 다만 한 가지 딱 아쉬웠던 점은 뜨거운 물이 콸콸 나오지는 않았어요. 아마 뜨거운 물을 어느정도 쓰면 데우는 데 시간이 걸리나 봅니다. 호텔 조식도 잘 나와요. I’ve never been to desert hotel, Telal Resort is definitely a beautiful & unique hotel. Staying in this hotel was the best experience in Abu Dhabi, I’d say. The desert was just in front of our room, and all staffs were very kind. Breakfast was great as well. I’d like to visit Abu Dhabi again for this hotel.

一大開門就是沙漠,很大的渡假村,提供活動很多,員工親切,但是房間偏小,不能太晚洗澡,太晚水不熱。其他都不錯,早餐很豐富。適合悠閒享受假期的好地方

un petit hôtel de luxe magnifique au milieu du désert choisir impérativement les villas type gazelle il faut y rester 2 jours au moins pour apprécier point améliorable : la machine à café dans la chambre qui fait un horrible café pourquoi ne pas utiliser une célèbre marque et le check in qui est à 16h car check out tres tardif 14h en demandant aux clients l'heure prévue de leur arrivée et celle de leur départ ce qui permettrait d'organiser de façon optimale l'attribution des chambre
