'Pleasantly surprised at how large the room was. While there are a few areas of wear and tear, I found the room to be comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable and even thought this location doesn’t have airco, they do have a fan in room. While small, the fan was sufficient to keep it cool enough for a good nights sleep.
We would definitely return to this location, if needed, in the future.
No info about breakfast because we didn’t need it but you are conveniently next to a service area so...

'Het hotel heeft een prachtige ligging en is van vroeger uit een herenhuis geweest. De stijl is ook grotendeels behouden gebleven. Het personeel is hartstikke vriendelijk. Jammer dat de kamers zo gedateerd zijn. Ontbijt en diner zijn prima. Dinerkaart mag wel wat worden uitgebreid. '

'We had a lovely stay, I’d booked last minute and wasn’t sure what to expect as we usually stick to premier inn hotels as my son has autism and doesn’t like anything different. This hotel was great, clean, comfortable, the heating was very efficient and the staff were brilliant.
The lady who checked us in was very understanding of my son’s needs and she really did go out of her way to make us feel welcome,‘nothing was too much trouble. My son really enjoyed his stay and asked if we can stay again...

'This hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Chesterfield near shops, the Market, restaurants and pubs.
All members of staff are friendly, helpful and very pleasant. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.
We very much enjoyed the varied breakfast buffet with excellent coffee ‘on tap’ and dined in the simple but delicious in house restaurant nearly every night. They have a decent Happy Hour in their small bar too.
We shall be returning to this hotel on our next visit to Chesterfield '
