So I think I need to just avoid peppermill at this point. Two times in a row we have had bad experiences. First… we book, we expect to pay a resort fee.. but then we paid a crazy huge deposit on top of that. Like I’m okay with a deposit but you have my credit card on file. They closed the pool bar and snack bar which again, I could deal with, but they wouldn’t allow us to order in pizza because it wasn’t from the peppermill. Like okay I wanted to order from the snack bar but we couldn’t. Again, oh well I’ll deal. Our room was supposed to be a suite and we got a dirty basic room. They did switch us but not without complaining. Like bro I’ll stay home if I have to stay in a gross room. But if I cancelled I’d be charged anyway… We then go by the gift shop and get a 6 pack of modelo to take back to our room.. we stopped at biscottis to grab some food because we were legit starving after running back and forth from our room to the front desk to another room to the pool to the bar… all in under an hour. So we go to biscottis. The waiter comes in and tells us we better not get rowdy. Umm sir I don’t even drink. My husband and his friend do. Whatever.. the food was pretty okay .. I remembered it being better before. So we took the rest to go. The bed was comfortable and the kid that was in charge of room service was so amazing! When we went out to look for the aurora borealis there were some security guards taking down someone that was breaking into cars. They were all really nice.

All good except the website information on Tuscany suite is misleading. I ordered a suite but received one bedroom with two beds. It included a large bathroom with two sinks. Suite to me means a bedroom area and a seating area. I did not ger the seating area.

At check in I was given the wrong room number. Wasted time trying to find the wrong room and even more frustrating trying to open the wrong door! Had to return to front desk and was told the correct number. Elevator was a joke trying to find out where you were. My first and last time staying at this hotel.

Traveling to Arizona with U-Haul, worried about theft and everything worked out. Everything made it with me. Sorry check in guy I forgot your name, he was super friendly. The only reason I’m giving a 4 out of 5, our room in north tower was on an alley way, heard every conversation and yelling, etc. windows were paper thin. Room and faculty, for the price we paid was amazing! Casino was fun and biscotti was good food. Shayne was our bartender, great dude! Our gal dropping off food, asked her for some sauces and she never returned. Overall, good experience

Peppermill would do well in designing their rooms' HVAC systems with blower fans that can cycle on and off, NOT stay on for 24 hours. As nice as the room was, it was ALWAYS NOISY.
