Positief: Voorzieningen, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
The woman at the front desk that checked us in was so sweet and helpful. The room was spacious and was clean except for the coach. There was glitter and transparent white stains on the coach. Other than the coach but bathroom was clean and stocked with lots of towels and the beds were good. Very little light in the room. Two ceiling lights were out. When we checked in we informed the front desk woman that we would be checking out late if possible. For $50 we could check out at 2 and we were happy. However communication must have not been relayed to the housekeeping. Housekeeping argued with us about late check out at 11 and then again at 12. We told her we paid for late check out and she got upset and said she was going to talk to the front desk. The whole point for us to do late check out was so we could sleep in after a long New Yearโs Eve night and the argumentative housekeeping kept interrupting our rest. Also note we did have the do not disturb sign up. For the right price we might stay again.
