The actual room wasnt nice but that was because i stayed in the old part of the resort which i was unaware of while booking. If i ever go back i will stay in the Tuscany section which is essentially another experience entirely. Oh well live and learn

The hotel is nice but our bedding was dirty and when we asked to get new bedding we were questioned as to why and they seemed as tho they didn't want to give us new bedding and also our room was located near the loading dock and every time a truck would back up into the dock it would wake us up because of how load the trucks were.

Well the room we got was mediocre, the king size bed was the best thing about it. It didn't even have a mirror outside the bathroom. I had to search for a outlet. It was quite a walk from the hotel lobby. Get on one elevator to the third floor, walk down the catwalk to another elevator to the second floor, then all the way down to the last room at the end of the hall where they are doing construction and woke up to hammering and drilling at 9 a.m. right next door. I wouldn't recommend it.

We stayed in the peppermill tower. We did not sleep the two nights we were there. The noise in the rooms next to us plus the noise in hallway kept us up. We stold staff and all they could say was sorry. Very disappointing. On the other hand food was delicious at the restaurants we ate at. Servers were either top notch or didn't care they brought us wrong order. This happened at the Oceania. We could have stayed on the strip for less but it was our son and daughter n laws anniversary we were staying there for. Dont think i would stay there again. The ones we talked to didn't seem to care this happened.
