Our hotel does not false advertise. The beds are queen sized, as purchased from the supplier. Our staff did provide good service to you, and refunded your money when you came to the front desk to complain about the cleaner used in the room. The deposit is also clearly listed under Important Information on the website when you booked the room. We ran the deposit as an authorization (hold), not a charge, and did not keep your money. We have no control over banks and credit card processing times, that is between you and your bank.
