'I stayed at this property from June 1st to June 5th, 2026, and had a mixed experience regarding the customer service. On one hand, the front desk team during the afternoon and evening shifts was absolutely wonderful. They provided excellent, attentive, and welcoming service that truly enhanced my stay. 'Upon check in at midnight, was given the room key to a third-floor room. Elevator was not working, had to walk to the end of the hallway to climb two flights of stairs to then walk back to center of hallway, as our room was near the elevator. My husband wears a knee brace as he is scheduled for surgery next month for a knee replacement. He was in pain duing the walk to the room. '

'Room layout was beautiful BUT was repulsive and had been heavily sprayed and I had difficulty breathing on entering. Large puddle wet yellow urine beside bed had been walked through by maids and us thereby entire carpet and tile floors wet. My shoes stuck to the tile floor and after removing my shoes to get ready for bed my socks were soaked and I had to put them on the heater to dry overnight. Then my bare feet were soaked getting to bed. I phoned the desk and was told someone would check in...
