Ferienhaus Nemo Wohnung 6 "Dorie"

Summary:
The apartment house Nemo is a newly built house. We have designed 6 vacation apartments in it that are ideal for families. Apartment 6 “Dorie” is approx. 100 m² in size and is located on the top floor. It has a living room in which a kitchen with dining area is cleverly integrated, a balcony, four separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a guest WC.

The Space:
The property has its own playground (a play boat), a barbecue area and 6 parking spaces. There is also plenty of space for ball games.

Guest Access:
You have access to apartment 6 “Dorie”

The Neighborhood:
The house is located directly on the Baltic Sea.
It is only a few minutes from the apartment to the 'Liebesschlucht'.
It is a cut in the cliffs; a staircase leads to the beach.

Shopping facilities are within easy walking distance. Nice restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and it is only a short walk to the pier.

Getting Around:
Rerik can be reached by car from the A14 on the B105 in the direction of Rostock. Take the B105 as far as Neubukow. From Neubukow follow the signs to Rerik. There is a railroad line to Neubukow. There are several bus connections from Neubukow to Rerik.

Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price of your stay. If required, you can book linen packages directly with us up to 5 days before your arrival. Please note that it is not possible to book linen if you book less than 5 days before your arrival date.
If you have to pay a tourist tax in this accommodation, this is already included in the price of the overnight stay.

Interaction with Guests:
Check-in on the day of arrival is usually possible from 4 pm.
Please arrange the handover of keys by telephone with Verwaltungsargentur Favorent GmbH up to 2 days before your arrival.
If you do not wish to bring your own bed linen and towels, you can hire them from Verwaltungsargentur Favorent GmbH for €16.00 per person.
Please vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure and return the keys.
