On the same level, there is a spacious bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, ideal for moments of rest. The room has a window overlooking the terrace, while the bathroom is located conveniently nearby, offering comfort and functionality.

The bright and spacious private level is designed to provide guests with complete comfort and privacy.

This level includes three bedrooms:

The first bedroom has two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), perfect for children or friends.

The second bedroom includes a comfortable double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), ideal for couples.

The third bedroom offers one double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and one single bed (0.90 x 2.00 m), providing flexibility for families or groups.

Two of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring cool and pleasant nights.

This level also features a cozy living room with a smart TV, ideal for relaxing or entertainment. The living room connects directly to a terrace with stunning views of the sea and nature—the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind at sunset. There is also a private bathroom with a shower and sink, ensuring all guests’ comfort.
