The 40m² private swimming pool (depth 0.5–1.5m) invites sun-drenched relaxation, while the 100m² lawn-covered terrace offers space for children to enjoy the playground and adults to unwind. For your enjoyment, a ping-pong table will also be available at the villa, offering a fun and entertaining activity for guests of all ages.

Dine al fresco under the sky in the outdoor BBQ area, complete with a shaded dining table and charcoal grill—perfect for sharing local delicacies and sunset dinners with loved ones. Sun loungers and parasols complete the poolside experience, while the elevated position of the villa ensures sweeping panoramic views of olive groves, rolling hills, and the sparkling Cretan Sea.
