This an elegant 160 s.q.m. residence in a plot of 4000sqm, fully equipped and able to accommodate up to 8 people, which is located on top of a hill offering a majestic view.

There is twin villa right next to StarLight Villa Guro called StarLight Villa Tropea, but you will have your absolute privacy. The two villas can be booked simultaneously for larger groups (16 people), but each villa is Completely independent they were built in such a way so that residents will enjoy complete privacy (even entrance gates’ to the premises are different!).

• Ground floor
A large, open space for kitchen and living room that leads to the swimming, surrounded by large window doors and decorated with unique items and quality furniture. The lack of walls and other types of "obstructions" in the design of this space creates a feeling of openness and 'outdoor living' while totally secure in an absolutely safe and 100% private space. Kitchen is modern and fully equipped , offering everything needed for preparing any meal, snack or beverage your feel like. On the living room, there is a couch and a small table.
There is a bright bedroom which has A/C units, queen size beds, bedside tables, lampshades, and wardrobes. Room is bathed by plenty of sunlight. Room is beautifully decorated in pale textiles, wooden and wooden furniture.
There is one bathroom fully equipped.

• Lower floor
There are two big bedrooms which have A/C units, bedside tables, lampshades, and wardrobes. First bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has two single beds that can be merged (please let us know which arrangement you want us to have read for you). Rooms are beautifully and minimally decorated in pale textiles and wooden furniture.
Each bedroom has its own full bathroom.
Also one this floor there is a washing machine.

• Upper floor
There is one bedroom which has A/C unit, bedside tables, lampshades, and wardrobes. There is one bathroom fully equipped.
A nice terrace that you can enjoy the majestic view.

• Outdoor Living | Pool & Bbq
This captivating home is embellished with a private swimming pool. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Bbq facilities), offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple in the lovely shaded outdoor dining area.
