The open-plan interior features a cosy living area with a working fireplace, two comfortable sofas and an HDTV, flowing into a well-equipped kitchen complete with all essential appliances and a dining area ideal for shared meals. A stone archway leads to two ground-floor bedrooms, one being a master bedroom with a double bed, ensuite bathroom and air conditioning, while the second offers two single beds, air conditioning, and access to a shared bathroom. A wooden staircase ascends to a loft-style master bedroom overlooking the private pool, offering a tranquil retreat.



The expansive 90 sqm terrace forms the villa’s outdoor heart, featuring a private swimming pool, an inviting lounge area, sunbeds for relaxation, a shaded dining area and a barbecue perfect for al fresco meals. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout, along with all essential amenities needed for a restful stay.
