The space
Stylish 2‑bedroom maisonette with airy living spaces and dining area. The living room opens to balcony views, and the kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. Main bedroom includes built-in wardrobe; attic bedroom adds flexible sleeping for children or extra guests. Two bathrooms provide convenience for guests. Large terrace and multiple balcony viewpoints showcase the surrounding sea and landscape a peaceful spot for relaxing. Sleeps up to 5 (sofa bed included for additional comfort).

Modern comforts include: a well equipped kitchen with a drinking water filter, two bathrooms, terrace & balconies with partial sea and mountain views, Wi‑Fi, enery efficient fan‑coil heating & cooling, parking, built-in wardrobes. The building is also equipped with a soft water filtration system.

Our pricing is all inclusive, so you wont be surprised with any additional costs after you arrive.

Infants aged 0-2 stay for free, therefore they do not need to be counted as guests if sleeping in a cot. We offer cots, high chairs, baby bath, stroller which are all subject to availability. Guests are kindly asked to enquire in advance to confirm availability.

The second bedrooms in our maisonettes are located in a traditional loft-style attic with sloping ceilings and reduced headroom near the eaves.

The central area offers comfortable standing height while guests over 180 cm (5'11") may wish to take extra care near the lower sections.

Additionally, the maisonettes feature an open-tread staircase leading to the attic bedroom. While this is an attractive architectural feature, guests with young children or reduced mobility should take appropriate care when using the stairs.
