Gezellig Downtown Coast appartement met eigen parkeerplaats

110 m². appartement in een huis gebouwd in 2004, gelegen aan een rustige straat aan de westkant van het centrum van Reykjavík, op slechts 10-12 minuten lopen naar het stadscentrum. Geschikt voor maximaal 8 personen. Het appartement wordt niet gedeeld. Privéruimte in afgesloten beveiligde ondergrondse parkeergarage.

De ruimte

Het appartement ligt zeer dicht bij alles wat u in Reykjavik wilt verkennen. Het appartement bevindt zich op de begane grond. Met gratis parkeren voor de deur of beveiligde privé parkeergarage. Lift gaat van de parkeerplaats naar de verdieping van het appartement.

Volledig ingerichte, uitgeruste keuken met een vaatwasser en een woonkamer met een slaapbank voor twee personen.

Badkamer heeft een douche, en je vindt een föhn, shampoo en conditioner en voldoende handdoeken.

Hoofdslaapkamer met een bed van 180 x 200 cm. Twee andere slaapkamers, met twee eenpersoonsbedden van 80 x 200 cm en een bed van 160 x 200 cm.

Het is een zeer schoon en mooi appartement, geweldige rustige locatie, maar slechts enkele minuten van alle bars en restaurants. Geweldige wandelingen langs de zee net buiten het gebouw.

Privé beveiligde parkeerplaats is onder het huis. Gratis internet, tv. Wasmachine en droger binnen.

Ik help mijn gasten graag, dus vraag het gerust.

Quiet retreat in Reykjavik

Thor was super proactive and communicated everything we needed for the apartment long before we arrived. The apartment came fully stocked with everything you would expect plus some nice extras. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the downtown and harbor areas. Plenty of choices for food and drink within 10 minute walk. We loved our nights there.

Host is incredibly responsive, warm and welcoming. Apartment is spacious and bright, clean and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes. So homey and comfortable. Location is amazing - we found the most incredible food within 5ish minutes of the apartment. There's a parking lot right outside the apartment with spaces available and an indoor garage with a reserved space so you're guaranteed parking. Best location for an amazing Iceland adventure!

Great host and property

This was a wonderful place to stay in Reykjavik for a week with 3 kids. There was plenty of space for everyone, beds were clean and comfortable. Thor was a fantastic host. Very clear communication on how to access the apartment (very easy on the 1st floor) and he was responsive to any questions we had. The location was solid. Quiet neighborhood with some playgrounds close by. It was a 10 minute walk to your pickup locations, a grocery store, and some restaurants. Downtown area was maybe 15 minutes of easy walking. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

This condo was in the perfect location for walking to attractions in Reykjavik. It’s safe, bright, and was plenty spacious for our family. Fantastic Rental in Reykjavik

The flat was clean, spacious, and centrally located. The host was absolutely fantastic! He went above and beyond by offering to arrange transportation to and from the airport and answering any questions that we had about the property and the town itself. Fantastic property and very central

The photos clearly do not do the property justice. We had a fantastic stay at the property and the apartment was huge, comfortable and very well stocked. Everything was thought about and taken care of. Perfect Location

I highly recommend this property for a family. Beach, walking trail along the water, grocery store, playground and pizza/sandwich shops all within 2 blocks. About a 10 minute walk to downtown area which was perfect. Fully stocked kitchen, lots of extra towels and blankets and washer/dryer made this apartment very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Close to great spot watching Northern Lights

We had looked for an apartment in Reykjavik in a good spot to get access to Blue Lagoon and Vik by car. This apartment was just perfect for that. We enjoyed our trips to the blue lagoon and Vik with beautiful sightings on the way. Also not too far away from downtown Reykjavik. The host is very nice and extremely responsive plus instructions about apartment and all around it were perfect. Host suggested a great spot to watch Northern lights and we went there on our last night and got some great views.

Thor was extremely helpful! Our flights were changed and we could no longer pick up our rental car. He arranged a taxi for us. Parking available underground. Quiet but also very easy access to downtown.
