Bedden te zacht, het is zeer rumoerig om het hotel van de wind en auto’s dus geen goede isolatie, personeel heel vriendelijk, ontbijt weinig keuze in vergelijking met andere 4 sterren hotels, ontbijtkoek maakt graag iets lekkers voor dat wel, super vriendelijke kol.
Over het algemeen mis ik een uitstraling aan het hotel

No parking on site, although we found a paid parking garage nearby.
One thing I loved about our weeklong stay in Iceland was the inclusive breakfasts everywhere we stayed. This hotel did not offer that, but they did have food on site and nearby available for purchase,

The property itself is fine and has a good cafe and restaurant connected. Location is excellent. The issue is they provide very few amenities and you have to constantly ask for more shampoo or toilet paper or clean cups bc they don’t provide new ones on a daily basis. They need better housekeeping and also seem too busy so don’t often answer the phone for requests.

Room was conveniently equipped with an electrical tea kettle and small refrigerator. Hotel was clean and check-in staff very friendly. The hotel is in a great location - within walking distance from the harbor, restaurants, stores, and Bus Stop #3 and touristy sites.

Nous avons choisi la chaîne radisson blu car nous avons déjà séjourné dans leur hôtel et n’avions jamais été déçu.
Nous séjournons dans la chambre 320 qui est très bien (équipements etc…) mais a un gros problème de remontée d’odeur via la canalisation. Nous avons informé la réception qui nous informe ne rien pourvoir faire… (changer de chambre aurait été un début mais soit…)
Nous sommes très déçus car cela cache notre séjour.

I am very sorry that we did not manage to meet your expectations during your stay with us and I understand how frustrated you must feel. I want to apologize for the inconvenience you experienced and I hope that our complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite and complimentary breakfast on the first morning on your current stay will make your stay comfortable and that we manage to provide you the service you expect.
