'Did not use business facilities. The room was not really clean, the bathroom floor had the previous guest hair and a contact lens in the floor. No trash bags in any of the trash containers. The bar was a joke way over priced and I'm pretty sure a lot of the patrons were not old enough to even be drinking'

'Got there to check in and there’s a number on the door to call because the door is locked. Nobody answered the phone called it about 20 times and also called the phone at the desk multiple times there is no answer. We knocked on the door. We drove around the property and ended up having to go check into another hotel nearby now I have to fight to get my money back.'
