'De nouveau en séjour dans cet hôtel de très belle tenue où nous avons plaisir à revenir. Qualité d'accueil et infrastructures de spa au top pour ce 4 étoiles que nous estimons en valoir 4.5. Bien sûr le prix est à l'avenant, mais les prestations fournies sont en adéquation. Repas sur place élaborés, mais pour portefeuilles bien garnis. A noter que la petite ville calme d'Ettlingen possède de quoi assurer le relais si besoin en est.

'The room just wasn’t cosy, the sofa is a pull out bed and it isnt cosy to enjoy sitting in and all felt very cramped. The furniture is dirty, the piece of art next to the TV was wonky and broken, the windows let a lot of cold air inside so it didnt feel warm and safe. We were also locked in the building one evening because someone fully locked the door with the main lock. Thank goodness there was not a fire, we would have been stuck if this was the case. 'Very nice and cosy hotel in the centre of Colmar. Spacious room, friendly staff. Just stayed one night as a stop on a trip from Switzerland to Belgium but will consider to go back and visit Colmar. '
