Amaltheia Villa

Amaltheia Villa is a beautiful property in Koskinou village. It offers a wonderful private swimming pool and can accommodate up to 13 people. Its modern style and unique decoration, combined with its amazing location, offering a unique opportunity for a truly memorable holiday for families, or group of friends. Also, its large parts are ideal for events and special occasions.
Amaltheia Villa is a 3 story building; guests can use the first and the second floor. Villa has 5 luxurious bedrooms, 4 of them have double beds and 1 of them has a double bed with a double sofa bed . All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. The master bedroom is offered in classical tones, it has a king size bed, a living room with a double sofa bed and an internal bathroom with Jacuzzi. Also, there are 4 bathrooms as well, 2 of them with a bathtub,1 of them with a shower and a WC. There’s an open plan kitchen, fully equipped for any meal preparation. The wide living room, which is decorated in earthly tones is quite convenient and offers 2 seating areas with sofas,1 cozy seating area with antique rocking chairs and has a TV screen as well as a fireplace. There is free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. On the first floor there’s a furnished veranda that overlooks to the forest and on the second floor there are beautiful balconies leading from the bedrooms. Outdoors, there’s the wonderful private swimming pool with its sunbeds surrounded by the wide garden. There is outdoor furniture where you can enjoy your meals and BBQ installation for al fresco culinary experiences. The garden is pretty large and can host up your special events. A small Greek herb garden is also available. The ground floor of the building is not for use and has a separate entrance from the available floors because in the polite owner will be living there.

The area of Koskinou offers you the opportunity to explore the beautiful Rhodes, with vast beaches, lively beach bars and restaurants, as well as remote and private areas for peace and quiet. Kalami beach is only a 10 minute drive away and is perfect for families and friends. Also, you should consider visiting Kallithea Springs, which is only a 10 minute drive away. The airport of the island is found in about 20 minutes. At a short distance of a 10 minute drive you will find the popular destination of the Old Town with its oldest inhabited medieval city in Europe. At the same time you will find Anthony Quinn beach which is quite popular for its emerald waters. Last but not least, you should visit Lindos Acropolis, which is found in a distance of a 45 minute drive; Lindos is the most exquisite archaeological site of Rhodes and has the most idyllic beaches, such as Saint Paul’s beach. The airport of the island is found in about 20 minutes.
