Villa Danae 3 - Prachtige villa met privé zwembad

Villa Danae 3 is een mooie villa gelegen in Psaltos, Rhodos, Griekenland. Op een idyllische en rustige locatie in Navarone Bay, op ongeveer 1 km van Pefkos en op 1,5 km van Lindos, is de omgeving voor deze accommodatie de ideale locatie voor een ontspannen vakantie.

De villa is een thuis ver van huis en is voorzien van alle gemakken en alles wat u zou verwachten en nodig hebben om van uw verblijf te genieten, plus alle voordelen van een prachtige locatie en fantastisch weer. De hele villa is volledig uitgerust met airconditioning in elke kamer voor uw comfort.

Als u het pand binnenkomt via de poort van de voortuin, voelt u zich meteen thuis. Omgeven door groen gras, olijfbomen, grote patio met ligbedden, stenen barbecue, privézwembad en buitendouche, is deze villa ontworpen om buiten te leven. De patio is compleet met een grote tafel en 6 stoelen om buiten te dineren.

Als u de voordeur binnenkomt via de overdekte patio, beslaan een volledig ingerichte open keuken, een eethoek, een wasruimte met wc en een ruime woonkamer met een stenen open haard de begane grond. Ramen laten het licht binnenstromen en openslaande deuren bieden gemakkelijke toegang tot het zwembad vanuit zowel de woonkamer als de keuken.

De keuken is volledig uitgerust met grote koelkast / vriezer, oven en kookplaat, magnetron, wasmachine, waterkoker, broodrooster, koffiezetapparaat en alles wat u nodig heeft om maaltijden en snacks te bereiden.

De woonkamer is uitgerust met een smart HDTV met satellietzenders en een dvd-speler.

De betegelde trap is verdeeld over 3 verdiepingen en leidt naar beneden, waar zich twee grote slaapkamers en een ruime familiebadkamer met een inloopdouche en dubbele wastafels bevinden. Een slaapkamer met een kingsize bed en inbouwkasten heeft ook openslaande deuren naar een eigen achtergalerij terwijl de andere ruime kamer is uitgerust met twee aparte bedden en inbouwkasten.

De derde slaapkamer is toegankelijk via een aparte trap vanuit de woonkamer. Met een kingsize bed en inbouwkasten leiden de openslaande deuren naar een grote veranda waar u vanaf hier kunt genieten van het uitzicht op de Egeïsche zee en de baai van Navarone.

Het strand van Navarone Bay ligt op ongeveer 500 meter afstand en er zijn ook een aantal prachtige stranden in Pefkos en Lindos in de buurt.

In alle Villa Danae 3 is een perfecte plek om een ​​ontspannen vakantie door te brengen, dicht bij de resorts van Pefkos en Lindos, waar een breed scala aan restaurants, bars en winkels klaar staan ​​om u te verwelkomen.

Very nice villa, ideally situated just outside Lindos for early trips to town or St. Pauls bay to beat the crowds! We had a very enjoyable stay, using it as a base to explore the island by car. Clean, nicely furnished, beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped and refreshing pool that caught the sun for most of the day in July.

Beautiful Villa

Well equipped villa with everything we needed for the week we stayed there. The villa was spacious and was well looked after. The villa was in a good location, we hired a car and were able to get to Lindos and Perkins easily. It made a great base for us. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is one of the best villas we have stayed in. Very good location. The rooms and pool are a lot bigger than we expected. We loved being so close to Lindos with a great bus service at the end of the road. Great hosts and very good communication. We didn't meet the local rep but this was not a problem to us. Lots of great information in the Villa. The only other thing we could have done with was an extra key. Thank you for letting us stay and we hope to return in the future

Bellissima vacanza a Rodi

Abbiamo trascorso 1 settimana a metà Luglio a Rodi. La casa si trova in una posizione strategica in quanto a metà strada tra le spiagge più belle e più famose. 2 minuti esatti di auto per raggiungere le città di Pefkos e Lindos dove è facile trovare ristoranti e bar. La casa è molto ampia e le stanze al piano interrato (ma con finestre su un lato) restano molto fresche. La stanza al piano superiore invece resta molto calda ma è provvista di un condizionatore che aiuta molto durante la notte. Bellissima la veranda all'ingresso con ampio tavolo e sdraio. Ottima la possibilità di godere la piscina, sempre molto pulita, peccato che alle 17 vada in ombra in quanto il sole tramonta dietro la casa. In generale ottima esperienza e alloggio.

Sehr schönes Haus mit pool , in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Guter kontakt zum Vermieter und zum Verwalter vor Ort. War immer schnell bei Fragen erreichbar und hat geholfen. Das haus ist auch sehr gut mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr erreichbar und fähtt im 20 -30 min Abstand. Damit ist die Kleinstadt Lindos unproblematisch zu erreichen zm Baden gehen, Essen oder Shoppen. Rundum ein schöner Urlaub sehr zu Empfehlen

Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Having just returned to the U.K I felt I needed to offer our thanks for the owners for helping make our stay perfect. As you can sense I’m a frequent traveller to the Greece and Cyprus and Rhodes is always one of those places we visit often - I’ve been here 6 times. But I can say that our stay here was simply perfect - we have 3 kids and they loved the villa and the outside areas is great. Lovely pool, lovely lounging, but also quite peaceful, considering we are a stones throw away from Lindos. The villa is very comfortable, extremely clean and has all you need for a family of 5 (or 6). I would strongly recommend staying here. I always hire a car in Greece and I would recommend that you do it staying here - saying that it’s a 5min taxi to lindos and there are bus stops at the end of the road if you need. Our travel cycle will likely bring us back to Rhodes and I would look to stay here in the future - it really is lovely. George

A villa wonderful to escape to, away from the bustle of the busy villages on Rhodes. A good base from which to explore the island. Very clean, well equipped and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the outdoor eating area and the pool. Lovely garden, amazed at the bird life despite the local cats. Liked the different seating areas/patios to make the most of the sun. Very helpful file with details of shopping, taxis and eating out. Staff at the nearby Ville di Lindos we’re welcoming and friendly when we visited their bar. We strongly recommend staying here

Couldn't really fault it .we wanted somewhere where we could have peace and quiet and still be able to go into places to enjoy any nightlife if we wanted to .so this was perfect. Pefkos or Lindos where both a short bus ride away ..villa had everything you would require for a lovely stay pool great for lazy days , and some lovely reaches around .All in all very enjoyable .we didn't bother with a car as we just wanted to relax ,but if you want to explore it would be convenient for that and shopping .Thankyou for the loan of your property

Perfectly situated and well equipped for a family holiday .

It was so refreshing to stay somewhere which has such a modern yet homely feel. Set in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Lindos and Pefkos but close enough to explore. Everything you need is in the villa and if you’re travelling with kids, the facilities and cool downstairs bedrooms are a ‘godsend’ during the hot nights. The pool was fabulous and the garden was private and enclosed. It’s a great villa and we highly recommend staying here and hiring a car is a must so you can get the best of the surrounding area. We loved Rhodes and could’ve stayed longer. Thanks David and Nicola for letting us borrow your ‘Happy Place’ for a bit.

Largely excellent although stairs to 1st floor a challenge and some bed discomfort

Well sited, generally peaceful though sometimes noisy neighbours. Perfect for days relaxing at villa with pool, sun bathing and al fresco dining. Not really suited for walking into either Pefkos or Lindos owing to distance, topography and heat, although very easy to drive to and park at both - at least this early season time. Hotel advertised as available next door was not open and will not be until 15May18. Shame as this might have enhanced our stay, although not having it didn't detract from our stay. Tried TV and only got a list with BBC world news, but no signal so couldn't get it, followed by numerous middle eastern channels. None English or European. Gave up trying and in honesty didn't miss not having TV available. Had some trouble sleeping but more us than the villa although my wife did feel some discomfort in her bed. But overall a lovely villa that contributed to a great holiday. Oh, a word for Lindos Proprty Management who were all lovely, diligent and very helpful people. Also note that owner's preferred restaurant Dama Dama lived up to its billing.

The villa was as expected,equipped with everything required to enjoy our stay.The property and utilities were in a good state of repair (occasionally with villa rentals there will be niggles:cooker not working properly,very poor shower water pressure etc,however,there were no such concerns here).The pool is also a good size.Finally,the Management Team,who were without exception a pleasure to deal with,nothing too much trouble,and very quick response times.The pool was cleaned/maintained 3 times a week,which is by far the most frequent we have experienced in over ten years of villa rental.We would highly recommend Villa Danae 3,and appreciate the hospitality of the owners.

We loved our time at Villa Danae 3. The villa is well equipped and had plenty of room for all the family. The pool was bigger than expected and lovely for cooling down in. Both Lindos and Pefkos were great places to visit with good beaches and lots of restaurants, We would love to return some day!

Me and my family have just had 2 weeks at this villa and had a wonderful stay. The villa is in a lovely area which is peaceful and relaxing but easy enough to get into either Pefkos or Lindos which are close by. The villa is well equipped and very clean. There is nothing we could fault with this villa, everywhere was so clean and the pool and gardens were well kept and regularly maintained. Sitting on the patio at night with the pool, garden and olive trees all lit up was so relaxing we could have stayed up all night. The upstairs terrace gives superb views of the sea at Navarone bay and is also a great place to sit and let time go by. The nearby resorts of Pefkos and Lindos have something for everyone whether it be a traditional Greek taverna or a more lively club. Would we go back? Definitely and fully recommend this villa to everyone.

Great villa and place to stay.

Had a fantastic stay at this villa. It is well equipped and has everything that you need for a great stay. The pool and gardens are well kept and it is a great place to relax. The free WiFi kept the children happy when they weren't in the pool. There is easy access to both Lindos and Pefkos and there are some fantastic beaches nearby. Good communication from the owners before our stay and with the management company during our stay who offered advice on the local area and places to visit etc. Having done villa holidays for a number of years now I would say that this is one of the best ones that we've stayed in. I would definitely recommend this villa and will be returning in the future. One of the best family holidays that we have ever had.

Fabulous villa, fabulous holiday.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at this villa and couldn't fault it. The villa is fabulous, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The free wifi is a bonus. The kitchen has everything you need, with a a large fridge and freezer compartment for your ice cubes!!! It even has a washing machine. The well kept pool and and gardens are great to relax in the lovely sunshine and the large barbecue is brilliant for 'al fresco' dining. The villa is in a quiet location and central to both the resorts of Lindos and Pefkos which are very easily accessible with their many restaurants and bars. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone as they wouldn't be disappointed.......In fact we enjoyed it so much we've already booked for next year.
