Platanos House is located in the village of Salakos, one of the most picturesque and historic villages of Rhodes, known for its natural springs, coolness and tranquility. It is an ideal spot for those who want to experience the authentic side of the island, away from the crowds of the tourist areas. You can enjoy hiking, visit Filerimos, Profitis Ilias or explore nearby beaches such as Kameiros. Within walking distance you will find traditional taverns, cafes and bakeries with local products. Rhodes town is approximately 30–40 minutes away, while the airport is easily accessible by car.
