Nisi Living Concept - Rhodes Villa

Nisi Living Concept are 6 fantastic brand-new properties designed in a unique Scandinavian architecture with unique Greek details. They are located in the heart of Ialysos, only a 5-minute walk from the nearest incredible beach of Ialysos. All of the boutiques have all comforts and private swimming pools and patios in a minimalistic and simplistic design. There is a sharing BBQ installation. Each property accommodates up to 2, 6 or 7 guests.Rhodes hosts
up to 7 guests.
On the first floor, it has 2 beautiful airconditioned bedrooms
with a double bed in a unique decoration. One of these bedrooms has a bathroom
with a shower. Also, there is a bedroom with a single bed.
Also, there is
another bathroom with a shower and a WC. On the ground floor there is an open
plan fully equipped kitchen, suitable for any meal preparation accompanied by
the seating area and the living room. In the same area, there is a double bed.
Theres a smart TV and free WIFI access throughout the property. Outdoors, theres
a private swimming pool with sunbeds, a pergola and a seating area where you
can relax under the rays of the Aegean sun. You can spend your time by your
private swimming pool or enjoy a fresh meal prepared in the sharing BBQ
installation and the wood oven. Also, there is a sharing outdoor seating area.
In the basement, all of the boutiques except for Chalki have leading stairs and
doors to the parking area. You can lock your door throughout your stay. In the basement, there is a sharing gym with
bathrooms so you can stay fit throughout your holidays in Rhodes, as well as
the sharing washing machines and clothes dryers. This amazing property and the
beautiful location make the perfect match for a memorable stay and
unforgettable holidays in Rhodes!
Nisi Living Concept is set in Ialysos, where you can find in a few steps everything you might need during your stay such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, car rental, ATMs, etc. Ialysos beach which is quite popular amongst sports enthusiasts is found in a 5-minute walk. Also, visitors should explore the Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage, within a distance of about a 20-minute drive away from the house. Visitors shouldnt miss one of the most attractive destinations of Rhodes, the Valley of the butterflies in a distance of only a 25-minute drive. The villa is about an hours drive away from the south part of the island, Lindos. Lindos Acropolis is the most exquisite archaeological site of Rhodes and has the dreamiest beaches. The airport of the island is located only a 15-minute driving distance.


Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 2EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 0,50EUR per night
