For legal requirements, the name and surname of a guest together with her/his passport or ID number are needed by Greek authorities. Please provide these before arrival.

AIRPORT PICK UP & DROP OFF: We can drive you to & from the airport with
pleasure! Please inform me a couple of days before your departure date.

Age Requirement: At least 50% of guests over 25 years old required (excluding children accompanied by an adult). Contact us for possible exceptions.

Long Stays: For monthly stays over 28 days, minimal extra charges apply. Please inquire before booking for details.

As per Greek law, a daily Accommodation Tax applies to your stay. The basic tax rate during November-March is €4/day and during April-October the tax rate is €15/day.
