👥 Age Requirement: At least half of the group must be 25 years or older (children are welcome when accompanied by adults). Exceptions may be considered upon request.
📅 Long Stays: For stays of one month or longer, a small additional charge applies. Electricity is billed separately according to actual usage. Please contact us before booking for full details.
💶 Accommodation Tax: In line with Greek law, a daily Accommodation Tax applies. From November to March the rate is €4/day, while from April to October it increases to €15/day.
🏊 Pool & Outdoor Areas: Please use responsibly and follow safety rules. Children must be supervised at all times.
🚭 No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
🐾 Pets: Please confirm with us before booking if you wish to bring pets. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
🎶 Quiet Hours: Respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down between 23:00 – 07:00, in line with Greek law.
🗑️ Waste & Recycling: Kindly dispose of garbage in the designated outdoor bins to avoid insects and odors.
🔑 Check-in & Check-out: Standard check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 10:00 (unless otherwise agreed).
