This amazing property located near Traounou beach(3 mins walking distance) in between Faliraki, Kalithies and Afandou villages.
Maisonette provides 1 bedroom with queen bed, a full equipped kitchen, living room with 1 sofa-double bed and 1 more extra single bed,dinning area, 1 big bathroom, free wifi, washing machine, flat screen TV, fireplace and 2 A/Cs.
The maisonette can accommodate up to 4 guests, including family with children.
Cleaning service and linen changing is provided once per week.

VILLA Policy:
*Key is delivered in person by the
host.
*Arrival time: 14.00
Departure time : 11.00
(For any other information about the
time contact the host).
*Garden and pool are monitored by
the host 3 times per week for
cleaning and care.
*Fireplace. U can ask wood from the
host in case you want to light it up. It
is possible for extra charge.
*Cleaning. There is no daily
housekeeping service. There will be
already clean linen and towels for
you to change and use. We do not
permit towels and linens to be taken
from the unit and recommend you
to bring ur own beach towels. In
case you wish for the villa to be
cleaned more often it is possible for
an extra charge.
*Smoking is not allowed in the house,
only at the garden-pool area.
*Dogs are allowed on conditions.
There is a private dog shelter at the
garden. Dog is not allowed in the
house and owners have the full
responsibility of the area to be clean.
*There is a pool and jacuzzi with a
waterfall which is built to the
standards of the Greek Tourism
Organization
(ΕΟΤ). Parents have the full
responsibility for supervision of their
children.
*Tenants agree to respect the
property. In case of any damage that
will be made, the tenants will have to
pay the cost on spot and before
living the villa.
*People other than those in the guest
party that has been booked, may
not stay overnight in the property.

informed, as been informed for the
guest party who will stay before the
arrival.
