It is a three floor of 400 m2 inside a property of 2000 m2. It has an internal elevator, five bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and one wc, and can accommodate up to 10 persons. All bedrooms are on the first floor. The main bedroom of 55 m2 have an internal bathroom, wardrobe and a king-size bed and also a big balcony with wonderful view, combining mountain and sea. The two other bathrooms are decorated with elegance and style. They have spacious wardrobes, with queen–size beds and they share toilet and bathroom facilities. At the same floor there is a living room with tv and a sofa, convertible to bed. Watching tv you can exercise using an exercise bicycle.

Ground floor is a single space of 200 m2 with an internal garden, a kitchen, a sitting room, two dining rooms, an office, bathroom and a warehouse with a washing machine.
