The property is only a 10-minute drive away from Kallithea beach and at a short drive from the city of Rhodes. It provides you with the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday and conveniently accommodates up to 10 guests.
This amazing villa features modern interior
spaces with elegant design that creates a welcoming atmosphere, as well as
exceptional outdoor spaces with amazing sea views and amenities. The villa has 5
fully air-conditioned bedrooms, all with double beds. Four of of the bedrooms
feature an ensuite bathroom with a stylish shower. Also, there is another
bathroom with a bathtub. There are is an open plan fully equipped kitchen,
suitable for any meal preparation, accompanied from the cozy seating area. Waves
of Blue Villa has a spacious living room and dining area. All areas of the
villa feature central ventilation. The amazing
interior decoration will immediately give you peace. There are many amenities
and features such as the smart TVs. Also, theres free Wi-Fi access throughout
the property. Outdoors, the villa is equally impressive as indoors. It offers a
magnificent pool area that features a small swimming pool for kids thats
equipped with parasols and sun beds, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed
time under the golden rays of the Rhodian sun. The villa offers a pergola with
an incredible BBQ installation with a seating area where guests can enjoy a
truly unique outdoor gathering.
The villa is situated between Kallithea and Koskinou, which is an ideal location for summer holidays in Rhodes as it is close to most of the islands major attractions and just a short drive from the centre of Rhodes town. Koskinou is a beautiful village built on the top of a hill overlooking the east coast of Rhodes. At the lively main square of the village, you can find many shops, traditional restaurants, pharmacies etc. You shouldnt miss visiting Kallithea Springs and their unique scenery only 10 minutes far from the villa. Old Town of Rhodes, an important UNESCO monument of cultural heritage is located less than a 20-minute drive. The magnificent ancient acropolis of Lindos overlooking the picturesque village with the narrow streets and traditional white houses is approximately half hour drive too.
