'Our family stayed here for a family wedding. As we were all coming from out of state, we were happy to have a place we could all be together (and save money by cooking instead of eating all our meals out). The layout of the house was perfect for us (no bedrooms on the main floor, one downstairs, and 3 upstairs). Our family took the "kids" room- my 5 & 8 year olds LOVED the bunkbeds! 'We had the best stay at this wonderful home! Spacious home with plenty of room for 6 of us to spread out. The back deck is so peaceful with lake views. The host is great, communication is perfect and entry could not have been easier. Lots of amenities as well. Don’t hesitate to stay here! '

The hot tub works well. My wife and my daughter used it and enjoyed it. We watched Fourth of July fireworks from the deck as well. 'Great place to stay. Owner and Jessica (Evolve) were prompt and courteous in resolving a minor issue when we arrived. There is parking for 4 vehicles off street and location was perfect for our needs in Altoona and Des Moines. It was well kept and had plenty linens and towels for our group of 13. The kitchen was adequately supplied to take care of our culinary needs too.'

'This home was exactly as described. We were in the area for a football event and it was wonderful having a "home" to go to at the end of the day. The area was very quiet and the property was very well maintained. Being there for 5 days/4nights with a teen practicing in the summer heat, having the washer and dryer was a huge plus as wash having a garage to park in since we did experience severe weather while there. I would definitely stay here again if needed. '

We had to bring our elderly dog At the last minute and they are so accommodating of dogs—even lent us an extra dog bed for our dogs comfort! The washing machine is amazing too!
