I was highly disappointed with this cabin. Upon our immediate arrival the check-in process was unsatisfactory. The keys in the lock box were missing causing us to have sit outside in 100 degrees weather with perishable food in our vehicle. We called the owner, he was not sure where the keys where however he gave us access to the extra keys. When we first entered the house it smelled like animal urine and wet dog. The furniture was not what was pictured. The one couch was orange and stained as if it came from a frat house while in the picture for the advertisement for this cabin was nice leather furniture (both couches in the cabin was different then the picture) . The carpet has many stains throughout especially in the corners where is looked like urine. The master bedroom smelled musty too but the carpet seemed to be the cause of most of the odors. The sheets also had a funky odor. The walls were dirty, missing trim, holes in the door, hot tub water was murky with dirt on the bottom and in addition to this there was towels in the dryer that also had funky smell. In the back yard had a large 8 foot wire and galvanized privacy fence which was not pictured in the ad either. The laundry room had cobweb and spiders in the corners which is where the towels where stored. The cabin did not have A/C and the weather was 100 degrees, we were told to open the windows and the cabin will cool off. The loft was so unbearably hot, we attempted to open the loft window but it was screwed shut. We contacted the owner with these issues and explained we where not satisfied and requested a refund. He did refund two of our three day but we requested our entire stay due the condition of this cabin. I want my cleaning fee back at the very least. I also have sent the owner pictures of these issues.
