    Cwalafila - Een ruim en overzichtelijk vakantiehuis !! Gelegen in het hart van het dorp, met restaurants, pubs en lokale winkels op slechts een steenworp afstand en slechts 75 meter van de zee met meer dan een paar kilometer prachtige stranden.
    Een mooie moderne woning met een indeling die gebruik maakt van het uitzicht op zee. Leun achterover, ontspan en geniet van het uitzicht vanuit de lounge. De woning bestaat uit 4 slaapkamers op de begane grond; 1 kingsize en 2 slaapkamers, 1 x tweepersoonskamer (stapelbed) die is uitgerust klaar voor de kinderen (boeken, speelgoed, nachtlampje), familie badkamer, douche, bijkeuken en veilige opslag (garage). Boven, een goed uitgeruste open moderne keuken, met een zeer ruime eetkamer en een dakterras; compleet met BBQ. Alles wat u nodig heeft om te dineren, te entertainen en te ontspannen, zowel binnen als buiten.
    Internet, Sky TV en Wii zijn aanwezig die iedereen op een vochtige dag zouden moeten vermaken!
    Buiten; het pand biedt voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor ongeveer 4 auto's (of zelfs uw boot), heeft een mooie omsloten binnenplaats met luifel en nog een omheinde tuin. Geweldig voor de kinderen. Veilige garage voor je wetsuits, kajaks of fietsen !!
    Een zeer goed gepresenteerd en uitgerust vakantiehuis, alles wat u nodig heeft voor een geweldig verblijf in het huis is inbegrepen (handdoeken, beddengoed, enz.).
    Een huishoudster en het managementteam wonen allemaal in het dorp en geven je gemoedsrust dat alles 'zal zijn' zoals het zou moeten zijn '.

Fab location

We stayed at Cwalafila over Easter and it was both spacious and comfortable, plenty of space for everyone. Location close to beach, cafes and still quite private. Lovely property and great service from letting agent.

A nice roomy holiday house in a great location but did not meet the standards expected

Nice roomy house , clean bedrooms and bathrooms, big spacious kitchen and lounge with lovely view of the beach . Excellent location in the middle of the village. A lovely spacious veranda off the kitchen with nice rattan furniture , but the area was not clean - cobwebs and bird droppings and the cushions for the furniture were dirty and stained . Cooking trays , crockery and glasses that we used all had to be washed before use.

The house is in the perfect spot for the beach and the cafes and bars in the village. The house is comfortable with a great view of the sea from the living room.

Perfect location, lovely holiday home.

Overall - excellent Just a few minor issues - no vegetable peeler, could do with a large salad bowl. We would also suggest a bit of a reorganisation of the kitchen cupboards, although we found most of the things we needed. Small bedroom with bunkbeds - lacked ventilation and the beds were not very comfortable. Could we also suggest new pillows throughout. We loved the welcome pack, especially the chilli jam! We loved the location and really enjoyed eating outside. Lovely and spacious for our family of five adults.

Cwalafila holiday.

Very spacious living/dining area. All bedrooms are a good size and 3 bathrooms throughout the property. Situated right in the middle of everything and only a few minutes walk to 2 beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

Greatly house in a nice position ,good bar opposite the house is very well equipped with all your needs ,if I have one quibble it needs a new frying pan and roaming dishes ,but everything else excellent, and property as good as pictures suggest

A relaxing break

Spending a week in Rhosneigr over New Year was just the treat we needed. The house was in a perfect location. Close to all local shops and bars. Entry was easy using the key safe., and we found the house to be lovely and warm ( with Christmas decorations a bonus) We were blessed with great , dry weather which meant lovely walks on the beach. The New Years Day swim was an unexpected fun surprise. Great to participate All in all, a brilliant week.

We had a lovely week in this roomy comfortable house. The view is so good and it didn’t matter what the weather was like there was always someone out on the water. Perfect place for a good sunset. The kitchen is well stocked and we appreciated the treats that were there on arrival.

Wonderful family holiday with our new granddaughter in a fantastic holiday home. Great location in centre of village and five minutes walk to Rhosneigr’s excellent beaches. Can highly recommend Cwalafila to everyone.

Great House

This house is in a brilliant location. It's a big house, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and also get together. The kitchen was a good size with a fabulous roof balcony with table and chairs abd great Seaview. We couldn't of asked for better, it's the best house we've stayed in especially for our 3 teenagers!

We’ve stayed at Cwalafila a number of times & highly recommend it. It’s immaculate every time we go, it’s spacious & the beds extremely comfy. The kitchen is well equipped & spacious. The sitting room light & airy with views of the sea. Will definitely be back next year. Thank you to the owners.

Very pleasant stay

The upside down house was very spacious. Especially kitchen diner and the living room. We loved the entrance concervatory very good for coats and shoes. Plenty of parking. Superb position everything on the doorstep. There was only two of us so had a good choice of 3 bathrooms. We found the bed very comfy in the larger bedroom. All in all very pleasant stay. Will be coming again for sure.

A hidden gem in Rhosneigr

An upside down house right in the centre of the village but also hidden from view. We have stayed in Rhosneigr many times and walked past Cwalafila without even noticing. The weather was fabulous for us and we spent many hours either on the balcony or looking at the amazing views from the lounge. The kitchen has everything you need and the welcome pack with welsh goodies was a lovely surprise. There were only two of us staying so we had a choice of three great showers! While not overly modern, its a lovely house in a great location for a reasonable price.

Spacious accommodation, close to amenities and beach.

Cwalafila is a spacious home which is within a really short walk to the shops, restaurants and the beach. On the whole, the accommodation was clean and tidy, although the kitchen sink was blocked on arrival and there had been a leak under the sink in which food waste had been deposited all in the cupboard. Despite reporting this, and a maintenance engineer coming out to unblock the sink, no-one came to clean the mess so it was pretty gross for our whole stay. Other than that, it was clean. Some areas of the house have been updated and are really modern, such as the downstairs wet room. The living room has lovely views of the sea. One thing to bear in mind, if you are staying on the weekend, is that it is literally across the road from a bar, Friday night was very noisy until the early hours. Although this didn’t bother us too much, it might be a problem for those travelling with younger children. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Cwalafila-the location is especially convenient.

Lovely week

Cwalafila is a fabulous holiday home in an excellent position. It is very well furnished and has everything you need for your holiday. However, it was rather noisy over the bank holiday weekend as it is directly opposite a bar which had live music on. It wasn’t a problem for us as we didn’t have young children with us. We don’t want to appear picky but It would also have been helpful if there were some simple instructions on how to use the oven and washing machine. We had a lovely week’s holiday and I would definitely recommend this house to our friends.

Anglesey 2023

Beautiful property in our favourite location. Everything we needed for our sibling week on Ynys Mon. Property is very well equipped and provides the perfect setting to switch off and relax. Highly recommend and will definitely book Cwalafila again. Issue with one of the mattresses but this was rectified very quickly. Only negative is the failure over time of previous guests to clean the BBQ after use. This was unfit for use and unfortunately the replacement didn’t arrive before our visit ended but hopefully this is now sorted for future guests to use (& clean up after themselves). I do feel Anglesey Holiday Lettings should inspect the BBQ when preparing property for next guests and if they have to clean it, the previous occupants should be charged.

Comfortable but a little dated

Lovely property. A little dated in some areas and less than clean-line in others. Warm and comfortable, though, with a sea view from one large window in the lounge which was great. The description claimed that the WiFi was dependable. However, it wasn’t in the slightest. There were occasional short periods (usually during the early evening) when the download speed was 18/20 Mbps, but at all other times there was no bandwidth available at all. The internal WiFi connection was stable. So, definitely the internet connection. We had to resort to 5G 95% of the time.

Loved this house and have booked it again already!

Very good stay here - great location and well equipped house. feels spacious and everything worked . Just a couple of things would make it perfect. The double bedroom that faces the street has no blind on the window - but it really does need one for privacy . Venetian type would be best for privacy from passing folk just metres away - yet would let the light in. Having to keep the curtains drawn during the day made this room feel gloomy. The three other bedrooms had blinds............... Alarming to open the curtains and make direct eye contact with a guy having his lunch on the bench across the road!! Fantastic view from the lounge but the huge window bore the swipe marks of who ever last "cleaned" the glass - this window should sparkle given the great view. All the windows had swipe marks - house clean otherwise. The sunset in the lounge can be blinding, so a pull down roller blind would be great - to block out the sun but to allow the view to still be enjoyed without having to wear sunglasses indoors! Loved all the greenery that surrounds the house. We suggest someone check out the house for wasp infestation...... we had quite a few buzz in and they did seem to be building up somewhere in/around the property. We are looking forward to staying there again . Thanks .

Lovely cottage

We are a family of 6, with four children. There was plenty of room to spread out. Two bathrooms with walk in shower and a third with a bath/ shower meant there was no queuing to use facilities. The cottage was cozy warm an very conveniently located for the beach, local shops and chippy. We would recommend and stay again.

Lovely stay...

We arrived at the house and were really pleased with the location, so close to the beach and local shops. Our family, 5 adults, a 7 and 4 Yr old were really pleased will the layout, 4 downstairs bedrooms, 2 king, 1 double and children's room with good quality bunks and even books and small toys for them plus a full bathroom and shower room. Upstairs we found a lovely lounge with large windows and a little balcony plus a Christmas tree , another shower room with toilet and a big kitchen with dining table to seat us all, every possible kitchen utensil you will need, plus breakfast bar TV and sofa. We even cooked a full Christmas lunch on New year's day. We walked on the beach, just a 2 minute walk, flew a kite, played games in the lounge and only went out in the car once during our 4 night stay. We all agreed we would go back tomorrow!!! plus great service from Anglesey Holiday Lettings.

Rhosneigr gem

Just had a wonderful holiday staying at Cwalafila with our grandchildren. The house is in a perfect location in the village and only two minutes to the beach. Everything we needed was to hand in the house and it catered for children. Loved the fabulous sunset views from the lounge and balcony. We will definitely go back.

some areas needed tlc, and certainly not covid cleaned very dusty in parts

lovely layout of the house, wonderful BBQ and balcony. No grater or ice cube trays, very poor reception of wifi, sky promised but only standard channels
