Our villa in Riba-roja de Túria is designed to offer maximum comfort to large families or groups of friends. With 229 m² of living space on a lot of nearly 700 m², the house stands out for its bright, airy common areas.

The layout of the home is as follows:

Upper Floor: It features 4 double bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with a shower and sink. In addition, two large terraces complete this floor, offering unobstructed views.

Lower Floor: It features 2 additional double bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a guest restroom. Here you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, washer, and dryer), a dining room, and two spacious living rooms. This level leads to a cozy covered terrace, ideal for dining and enjoying the outdoors.

Outdoor Areas and Recreation:

Backyard: An oasis of relaxation with a large pool, a sun deck with lounge chairs to enjoy the sun in complete privacy, a chill-out area with outdoor sofas, and a barbecue (one gas and one wood-fired).

Front Area: Private garden, ping-pong table, and parking space with capacity for up to 3 cars on the property.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, ensuring complete privacy during their stay:

Sports and Relaxation Area: A 55 m² private pool surrounded by a well-maintained garden, a chill-out area with outdoor sofas, and a barbecue ready for use.

Terraces and Outdoor Areas: A covered terrace on the first floor, two large terraces on the upper floor with views, and a cozy pergola next to the garden.

Connectivity: High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house and TV.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, capsule coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and range hood. Everything you need to cook for large groups.

Laundry: Fully equipped with a washer and dryer. It also features an outdoor laundry area and a clothesline.

Private Parking: Indoor space on the property for up to 3 cars (including a covered area for one vehicle) and free parking available in front of the house.

Safety: For your peace of mind, the home is equipped with fire extinguishers, smoke detectors (and carbon monoxide detectors) and complies with all current regulations.

House Rules (No Parties): This accommodations are designed for family vacations and responsible groups. Parties and events are not permitted. Although the property offers plenty of privacy, it is located in a residential area with neighbors whom we must respect; therefore, we ask that you keep noise levels appropriate, especially outdoors.

Families: We have 2 baby cribs available upon prior request.

Facilities for Groups: The kitchen is fully equipped to cater to large groups (complete set of kitchenware, appliances, and sufficient tableware).
