De gemoderniseerde kamers op de 2e,3e en 4e verdieping zijn prima, vermijd echter kamer 220, 320, 420, deze zijn super klein.

The staff is amazing. Egi, Dario, Luca and the maintenance staff make me feel so welcomed. I would come back because of the staff. Hotel is quiet and clean. Breakfast is great w lots of items made fresh at the hotel.

Bra läge. Hotellet ligger nära tågstationen, stranden, restauranger och affärer. Rummet var lagom stort för två personer. Frukostbuffé var jättebra med bra utbud. All personal på hotellet var väldigt trevliga och serviceminded. Vi använde inte poolen, det området var väldigt litet och ofta fullt. Honesty bar fungerade väldigt bra och Sky bar var också ett trevligt ställe med fin utsikt. Provade två behandlingar i Spa avdelningen som verkligen var bra. Engelska fungerade bra på hotellet.

God beliggenhed
Værelset var meget lille og balkonen med delvis havudsigt er nærmest ikke eksisterende. God beliggenhed, sød betjening, kunne godt være renere på værelset.

Ottima esperienza. I servizi sono eccellenti e il personale preparato e cordiale. La camera luminosa, pulita, comodissima e gli spazi ampi...la posizione e la struttura dell'hotel regalano una totale privacy anche con gli edifici circostanti. Ein hübsches, modernes Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück und ausgesprochen nettem Personal. Gestört hat einzig, dass das Haus ziemlich hellhörig ist. Der Parkplatz war extra zu bezahlen, was wir bei dem Preis nicht angemessen fanden.

Riccione la località più bella della Romagna
Ottimo hotel, in buona posizione, camera un po piccola ma confortevole, ben arredata e ben isolata! Peccato solo che l'accesso alla SpA dell'Hotel ha un costo di € 25 a persona e non è prevista nessuna riduzione per gli ospiti dell'Hotel!

Perfect MotoGP stay
Great staff and location near local bars and restaurants. Free hire of hotel bikes to get to Misano circuit a bonus. Lovely breakfast and staff made my choice of coffee every day without asking. AC included but didn't cool below 22c.....

We booked this hotel for 5 nights in February and enjoyed it so much we extended for a further 7 nights. The staff were brilliant, especially Valentina, Egzona and Gabrielle at reception and Luca in the restaurant. We stayed in a comfort room which had plenty of space, cupboards and drawers, a very nice bathroom and a large shower (a rarity in Italy!). The breakfast area offered a great choice of food and excellent service. We had dinner twice in the restaurant and each time the food was superb. Staying in winter, the pool was not open but we enjoyed the spa facilities and the staff even bought out the bicycles for us to use whilst we were there. The hotel is in a great location and we would definately staff here again.

Un hotel di sostanza e qualità
Siamo giunti alla hotel per una toccata e fuga di una notte... Ho trovato subito alla reception persone disponibili, gentili e flessibili. Mi è stata assegnata una camera come richiesto pulita, grande e ben dotata. Il ristorante è di buon livello dove ho trovato del personale disponibile con la mia bimba celiaca. Se posso ci ritornerò volentieri.

Nice enough place, our room was quite small but a good bed and decent bathroom. Only buffet available for dinner, was ok but nothing special. Close to the beach, 15 minute walk to the main shopping / dining street. Not so good was the pool being closed at 18.30😐 Over all, was good value...would stay again👍

Personale gentilissimo ed estremamente disponibile, il che non guasta mai. Bellissima la Spa. È a pagamento ma ne vale la pena. Nolo bici gratuito per i clienti e senza limite di tempo. Camera pulita e con balcone vista mare.Adatto per i più piccoli( anche se non era il ns caso) perché era presente un animatrice che in una stanza dedicata si occupava di intrattenerli.spettacolare la terrazza al 5 piano ove ci è stato servito un ricco aperitivo offerto dalla direzione ma dove è possibile ordinare e gustarsi anche drink ...con una bellissima vista sul mare. Piscina esterna con idro e acqua salata. Se dovessi dare un consiglio al responsabile , suggerirei di migliorale la parte salata aggiungendo qualcosa ... magari qualche fetta di prosciutto crudo e della mozzarella o ricotta e qualche pomodorino come ormai si usa un po’ ovunque nei 4 stelle. La parte dolce è fantastica. Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente. Bravi tutti

l'hotel è nuovo, pulito e confortevole. vicino al mare e alla bellissima pista di Riccione, non distante dal centro. con un breve passeggiata ho raggiunto viale ceccarini e mi sono goduta una bella cenetta in un risto consigliato dall'hotel. purtroppo non ho potuto usufruire della spa, ma si sentiva l'odore tipico termale che saliva nella hall e sicuramente ci tornerò per provarlo. hotel consigliato.

Bell hotel, zona perfetta ma...
Personale gentilissimo, hotel moderno che rispecchia molto i miei gusti, camera offerta un pò angusta a dire il vero, ma molto carine. Unico reale neo è stata la zona benessere. Più che essere in una SPA sembrava di essere in una piscina pubblica, con persone zero rispettose di disturbare le altre persone parlando a voce alta, altri che pensavano di mettersi a fare delle vasche come in piscina, appunto. Il personale non è mai intervenuto seppur presente in alcuni casi.

mehr als nur 3 sterne
sehr freundliches personal. der spa-bereich ist sehr sauber und angenehm. das frühstücks-buffet ist sehr lecker und ausgiebig. das badezimmer ist sehr modern, sehr sauber und scheint neu zu sein. das hotel insgesamt macht einen sehr neuen und modernen eindruck.

Convenient hotel for MotoGP stay.
Our primary reason for stay was MotoGP. Clean modern room. We were given options for other room types upon check in and the lady kindly showed them us, but we stuck with our standard room which was ample for us. (Personally we thought the new 'dream' room was really nice but quite a bit smaller than the standard-so we were put off paying more for this). Hotel service was great, quick and efficient. We had a a/c unit leak for three days, however every time we mentioned it, within a few hours it was sorted. Breakfast was great, varied choice and with being a drinker of tea I was happy they had Twinnings! Hotel location was great, very close to promenade and beach (less than a minute walk). Free use of hotel bikes which was an added bonus. (We used them to go to the waterpark (10-15 minute ride)and recce the walking route to the motogp track). Close to the centre of Riccione (about a 5-10 flat walk). It was also about a 5-10 walk to the train station. Overall would stay here again if we were coming to watch the MotoGP. (This hotel is about an hour walk to the track-but this was welcomed and it's a lovely way to see the countryside)
