With a surface area of 130m2 with 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate 7 people.

Ideal for your stays with family or friends for a weekend or for holidays thanks to large living spaces.

The accommodation
Completely renovated in April 2024, the house consists on the first floor of a large living room and a dining room opening onto a small fully equipped kitchen (Refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a raclette machine...).

A laundry room is at your disposal with a large fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a dryer and toilets .

Rare for village houses, it has a small sunny garden all afternoon and equipped with garden furniture, a table for meals and a plancha for grilling.

On the 1st floor, the landing leads to 3 bedrooms:

-A large bedroom of 35m2 with a king size bed (160x200) and a single bed (90x200) which has its open shower room and separate toilets.

-A smaller bedroom with a double bed (140x200), ideal for teenagers or a couple.

-A bedroom with a king size bed (160x200) that can be separated into two single beds on prior request and its bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and toilet .

The house has been designed as a family home, with all the essential equipment for adults and children alike:
Baby equipment (cot, high chair, bath stand, potty) and games and books for the older ones are at your disposal.

A television with international channels

+++ Parking your vehicle will be easy and free on the street .

+++ Your arrival is scheduled from 5 pm and your departure at 11 am maximum.
The secure key box will allow you to be autonomous and arrive without any stress.

Other remarks
We provide bed linen and towels .

Beds will be made on arrival so that you can fully enjoy your stay without having to prepare them.

End of stay cleaning is included, we nevertheless ask you to respect the work of our teams and to leave the premises in a state of correct cleanliness, it will remain at your expense to:
- clean the plancha if used
- Empty your dishwasher and do your dishes.
- take your glass bottles (containers located in the Intermarché parking lot) and take your rubbish out in the street (having taken care to do the selective sorting).
- unpack your beds and gather your dirty laundry.
- report any breakage related to your stay so that we can organize in advance for the replacement.

We will ask you to be careful with our house as if it were your own, any breakage, degradation or cleanliness concerns may be billed to you.

We provide the basic necessities for your start of stay, it will then be up to you to make the supplement according to your needs.
