We were there off season so it was a nice and quiet stay. The man who checked us in was helpful with food recommendations. It’s a nice motel setting.

So clean!
We had a great experience staying at The Inn. The location was convenient when visiting family especially since there isn’t another hotel within 15 minutes of them. Customer service was excellent. Check-in was easy, but the cleanliness of our room was exceptional! Overall a great experience and we would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed staying at Gull Lake Inn as the property was very clean, quiet and the owner and his son we very welcoming and friendly. I appreciated their flexibility and helpfulness in adjusting my stay. There is a fantastic restaurant across the street which was wonderful and convenient. I will definitely be returning to stay again in the future!

Not worth the price.
It is so disappointing, no proper wifi, TV is old and doesn’t work at all, doors doesn’t even close completely. Mattress was comfortable and area is clean those are only good things.

Clean and convenient
The Inn is very dated but clean and comfortable and a convenient place to stay for 6 beautiful golf courses. They have common areas for fire pits and gathering of friends.

Excellent and convenient location near Gull Lake Golf Resort. The manager was gracious, professional and very helpful. She was very attentive to female golfers staying at the Inn. The room had updated decor and very clean. Would definitely stay there again for future golf trip.

We chose this property as it was close to the venue where we were attending a wedding. It caters to golfers- we could literally walk off the parking lot onto the course. There were coolers and garbage all over the parking lot. It is basically a redecorated roadside motel calling itself an "inn". Room was clean, beds were comfortable, it is easy to find. We chose this property for convenience not amenities, but just not worth $200 night.

UNSAFE environment, manager is very aggressive
Probably the strangest experience I’ve ever had staying at a hotel. Everything seemed pretty normal and the employees seemed nice until I was checking out. After I had paid and turned in my keys I got in my car, only to turn around and see one of the managers running toward me angrily. I rolled down my window and he proceeded to yell at me for having 3 people in my room instead of 2 (apparently I accidentally made my reservation for 2). I apologized and explained what had happened, offering to pay more if there was an extra charge for having more than two people in a room. My friends had met us for breakfast that morning and he about lost his mind when he saw the two of them, accusing me of having 5 people sleep in the room. All of this was very confusing to me as there was apparently not an extra charge for more people and I had reserved a double queen room. Not sure why he ran out to scream at me when my bill had already been paid and I also tipped. Probably won’t be staying here again, after further research it seems the guys name is Dave and seems to do this type of thing to primarily people of color. It was super intimidating as a young woman to have a grown man scream at me over a simple misunderstanding at 10am.

There were 6 people that walked out of that room, quickly getting into cars, and taking off. Upon inspection, there was an empty box for a new air mattress next to the bed, and from the condition the room was left in, it certainly seemed that all 6 slept there. That is totally against our policy, and we have rooms to accommodate that many people...they just cost more.
