'Such a wonderful, relaxing, and beautiful location. We drove up from Florida for a wedding near Pilot Mountain, and we're so glad we chose "A Mighty Oak" for our stay. Todd kindly offered to take us for a mini tour of the farm to see the cows, chickens and pigs. Our daughter fell in love with "Heart" (the special cow with a unique marking on her face; you'll just have to visit them to see where her name comes from). 'Have to say this was one of the nicest places we have stayed lately. Staff was beyond friendly & helpful. We got in late, but was told to help ourselves to any snacks that were in the breakfast area, and gave us 2 bottles of water! Room was clean, spacious & had those forgotten toiletries you needed already there. Bed was comfy. Nice selection for breakfast as well. Can not forget to mention how the lobby was decorated for fall, such a nice extra touch done by the staff. It is going to be...
